  1. Quick update after some research: I'm so bored this evening...
  2. He's been trying, trust me. It's still pretty cool though, don't you think?
  3. Anyone got any weird bugs invading their rooms yet? My mate's just sent me this: To quote: "This thing could easily kill me, look at it!" I reckon it's way too badass to kill, he says it's pretty stealth, doesn't make any noise when it flies about, and he never has a clue where it goes!
  4. People that don't listen to me when I tell them my problem with them, and yet they still carry on like nothing was ever said, or happened. Just gunna leave it at that I think.
  5. Thing is with the Halfords foams, they're a bit hit and miss. Sometimes I've bought some that have been amazing, other ones have been way too squishy and just killed my hands... Just got to hope luck's on your side when you buy some!
  6. Man that's cool! Seriously. Love it.
  7. What's the latest news on the mod frame?
  8. I go down the gears normally, mainly because I only have 4 anyway, and I can't shift into 2nd at anymore than 30 because the syncro's going and it crunches! Out driving earlier, I come off a roundabout and have someone in a huge Mitsubishi Shogun come firing round me on the white hatched lines, just to then sit a few yards off the back of a lorry I was following! Then he nearly had several head on crashes trying to peer out to see if he could go. What he could see though, was the other lorry, 2 vans, and a land rover and trailer that the lorry infront of me was following, so even when he did go to overtake, I know he wouldn't have had time to do all of those before the next roundabout! Muppet. I got past him on the lights onto the dual carriageway anyway.
  9. I can get pretty good manuals on my Zona now, somehow! It's all about keeping the front wheel in the same place, on your balance point, and pumping your legs to keep it going and to balance. I try not to touch my brakes, as I'd just end up slamming back down anyway, plus you learn how to control it better.
  10. I'd just keep flamethrowing them, got to be the most fun way to do it?
  11. That's true actually, I still think he should be a moderator for a day though... or admin.
  12. Long brake cable is long! That for barspins, or are you just too lazy to cut it down? Really like it though. Tidy.
  13. Ban everyone but them two and TheCircus, see what happens... Bet it'd be carnage!
  14. God I hated those grips when I had some. I had the soft ones, and I just couldn't grip them! Slightest drop of sweat and the bike would just shoot away from me. Not fun when riding on rocks... I moved onto the Halfords foams after that, and they're muuuuch better.
  15. I've never even met him, spoken to him on msn a few times, but that's it! I don't really judge people on here though, people are different on the internets.
  16. Can probably steal my mate's from his spares, brand new Maxxis CC, never been used. I'll ask him and let you know mate.
  17. Thought I'd come back in to leave a better post (bit stressy earlier!) I like Ben, don't have a problem with him at all. Some of his posts I think 'ha, what a knob' but I know it's all tounge-in-cheek, and he's only joking...to some extent.
  18. I don't even care to be honest, got more things to worry about than what someone's written on here that I don't agree with.
  19. Get it whatever colour you want! It's your bike. Just don't get blue, mine's blue.
  20. Try this: http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/wiki/Fixing_...ra_lazy_pistons At the moment I'm having to bleed my Magura every few weeks, think it's had it! No noticeable leaks, and they're good bleeds each time... Only problem I've ever had with water bleeds though!
  21. What I'd do is backup everything you need, wipe it all and reinstall your OS, and start again. As said, have a clean up under the keys, I had crumbs and all sorts sat under mine! Managed to get the keyboard apart, and give it a good shake and hoover up, been fine since! Not sure how easy it is to get a laptop apart without breaking it though...

    Badgers

Nearly hit a badger in the Mini once, bloody thing would've wrote my car off! They're evil bastards too, I like them.
  23. Best thing to do is take it easy, try to stay calm. Think everything through properly as you do it, and concentrate. I kept messing my tests up right at the start because I was so nervous, then on my 5th I did it in the Mini and passed!
  24. I can't see how people can be so different on here, and in person! Fair enough for apologising though, I'm not really fussed either way.
  25. You naturally tuck as much as you need to. If you can put the power through, with the right technique, then making it onto the object with the tuck will just happen? I can only sidehop bar height, left footed going left ('wrong' way) and I don't think I tuck that much, but it's enough. Stop thinking in TGS - 'Must tuck looooaaaddsss!'
