try staying in one spot
Centre your balance
Start leaning to the left as you pull up the bars, leaning inwards (left)
As you lifting the bars, turn them to the direction you want to go (left)
Push the bars forward, pull up with your feet
I think thats how I do it, I din't think about it when i'm doing it though..
I'll geta short clip of me doing it tomorrow if it'll help :huh:
