  3. How wide is that thing?
  4. Possibly the greatest animation ever
  5. The grub screw shouldn't make the brake shit anyway. I'm conmfused by it. But I ordered some new cylinders off CRC, As mine looked pretty fooked anyway. Just hoping that'll sort it. Bloody bike, nothing but trouble!
  6. I'm guessing so, if oil came out, then I guess air got in. Could be wrong though. Might aswell try it Atleast I'm not the only one who's rear Magura's playing up
  7. EDIT: If my back brake wants to work by then...
  8. I'm guessing you took apart the lever in your front brake to compare? (You only said lever...) It needs a bleed
  9. Woke up - Should I get the 9 bus? - No. Had shower Got dressed for school Got bus to school Found out that one of my best mates had been hit by a car Was at school all day hearing al lthe rumouras about him. ' He was caned, and dancing in the road...apparently' - No. ' He ran out infront of the car!' - No All I know, is that he was crossing the road, to meet up with mates to get caned But didn't. Last lesson - We had some crazy/funny assembly/play thing about Drugs and Car accidents. How ironic. Went home on bus. New pads came. Put those on. Tried bleeding rear brake for ages. It felt shitty and spongey. Tried again. Same. Cleaned the cylinders, bled it. Same. Repeated. Same. Gave up. Made topic in Trials-Chat asking if it was fooked? Then I wrote this.
  10. It means it needs tightening. Do it up super-tight, and you shall should have no more problems. DON'T ride with it loose, you will bugger up the taper

    Wooo, it's all fast now
  13. Right then, Just wondered if any of you guys could help me? Yesterday, I had my rear Magura working fine, then I started playing with the little grub screw to pull the lever closer to the bars, just to see what it was like, then un-did it. Becuase I didn't like it. And the brake felt shit. It felt really spongey, even with my Booster, and completely different to before. I've had many attempts to bleed it, I've cleaned the cylinders out with WD40, and flushed all the black crap out, and built it all up and bled it. Still spongey. I've repeated this about 3 times now. The cylinders weren't responding very quickly at first, but they seem ok now. But it still feels spongey. Is it fooked? If so, will it be just a new pair of cylinders I'll be needing? Or a whole new brake? It's water bled by the way, But I might change that to oil, if water is the reason this has happened. I don't know exactly how old the brake is, as I bought it second hand off eBay. And It was oil bled before. I'm guessing that they're quite old though... It's annoying, missed a lovely days riding faffing around with my brake. Got my new bubblegum pads ont front, and they're lovely and grabby! Just can't ride without a rear brake. Help
