  1. Giro Havoc. 'Cos I could get it cheap at work. Does the job.
  2. My Bubblegum pads were well good. I just ordered some more. I set my ones up shit, so they've worn down at an angle, and is now a bitch to set-up.
  3. Ok, i'll leave the CNC'd blades alone. I just ordered some new levers, to sort out my ones. I'm pretty sure both of mine are f**ked now. They are old though... Anway, I got some tubing aswell, the Washer tubing from Halfords. It's perfect. Might aswell close the topic.
  4. About a week ago, me and my mate were aboutto climb a fence at our closed railway, to do a gap. the platform ledge, to far rail. I just lifted my bike over, and my mate put his over, and this guy pulls up in a car, shouts out 'OI WHAT YOU c**ts DOING!!?? f**k OFF!!" beeped the horn, then drove off. # We continued. Then about 5mins later, some old lady in a wheelchair tells us to go, becuase we were scaring her horse in the nearby field. The horse didn't even see us.
  5. Just don't come on here for ages? Or ask Tom or Danny to delete you.
  6. What makes you say that? Have you ever rode one?
  7. 1. Cnc'd lever blades: Who has them? Are they worth the money? What's the difference, between them, and the 'normal' ones I have at the moment? (The ones I have are the '04 ones, not the olllld ones) 2. Bleed kit hosing: All I need is tubing. I have all the fittings, and a huge syringe. Will Homebase have anything for the job? At work (Halfords) I've seen this 'Washer Tubing' stuff, that my colleague uses for bleeding his Hayes Disc brakes. Will that do? It looks too wide... I need the tubing today really, as I wanna ride. And I've just ballsed up my brake. (The piston in the lever was slow, so I took it out [lever facing upwards so no water escapes] and lubed it up) If not, I'll use the bash technique. Cheers.
  8. Can anyone get meee theree?
  9. She'll get bored of it within a day, and you'll realise you've wasted your time and money. Sounds harsh, but it's probably true. Wait a few years.

    Tonight.

Being ill. Msn, and Tv. woop. Gunna call in sick tomorrow, I feel like shit.
  11. Quite a few of my mates smoke weed. At first it was occasional, only on Friday nights say. But now it's a lot more often. And they always seem desperate to pick up at partys etc. They hot-boxed a tent once, I was sat in it drinking, and yeah it was fun, but I would never actually smoke it. I know second-hand smoking has silimar effects or whatever, but something like that wouldn't affect me. They said to me once, 'Do you wanna try?' and i just say No. And they're fine with that. They're not like 'oh you f**king pussy! just try it!'. They're cool with the fact that I don't want to, and never will. I've noticed some changes in them, they've became slower. Can't really explain it, but yeah. Hope most of you know what I mean? They all know the effects of it, but they enjoy it, and are 'making the most out of their lives'. Idiots.
  12. Those pedals are shiiiiit. No grip. V8's for the win.
  13. What pedals have you tried so far? I'd recommend (sp?) some DMR V8's. - Around £25. Nice and strong, feel really smooth, and well grippy. Onza/Echo Vp's are nice, but they'd soon snap when riding street. - Mine did.
  14. I say it's personal preference really. I have a rear profile, and I love it. But I've rode bikes with ENO's, and I can't actually feel much difference. In the long run, a front freewheel will be cheaper, especially with the Tensile one out now. The only downside to a front freewheel, is getting your trousers eaten buy it! I'd say go for a front Tensile freewheel though for if you're on a budget.
  15. I use those. They're fine. No problems so far.
  16. Minus the ollld T-Bird, and change the T-Pro frame to a T-Bird, and that's pretty much what mine's like at the moment. Eding at the Zip, not the fancy Onza proto.
  17. for a 20ml syringe? Would take aaaaaaaages to bleed a rear. 100ml for the win.

You're all a bunch of cheaters.
  19. I just recently bought a 100ml syringe off a farming website. -For around £5 http://www.farmrite.co.uk/product.ds2?p=147607# Does the job nicely.
  20. I sneezed today. I was really lucky, I didn't make a mess.
  21. I see you ride mod. What do you have at the moment? If it's a T-Bird, with frames like the Zona Zip, Zoo Python, your current gearing wont be compatable. As the chain will run 'too high up', and will rub on the CNC'd bits. You'll need a front freewheel/rear cassette set-up for that. (Frontfreewheel is cheaper) 12t rear, 18t front is the perfect gearing for Mod - Just incase you are unsure/running rear 18t - front 24t or something. What's actually wrong with your current frame? Don't fix it if it aint broke. Unless you think it's holding you back, I was like this with my old T-Bird. I went to a T-Pro frame, and it felt so much nicer. For £250, you could get: Echo Lite - £219 Zoo Python 2005 - £249 Zona Zip - Grey £159 Silver - £189 T-Pro Frame Kit (Frame, Headset, BB, Bash) - £219 Aorta - £240
  22. only 'cause you got the proto. mines 1040 with Echo Lite forks.
