Water will last ages! It won't evaporate as it can't escape anywhere as it's a sealed system. If it does start to leak, the DOT fluid you used before might've damaged the seals, but it should be okay. The only problem you will have with water is in winter, when it freezes and jams your brake on! All you have to do before then is add some anti-freeze or vodka in with the water, then re-bleed.

I've got Nike 6.0 Mids, and they're perfect. Very tatty now, and definately need changing, but they're SO comfy, and have lasted well.

I've had plenty of falling dreams. Had a brilliant one the other night though, as I hit the ground, i didn't jump or anything, because the floor revolved round and spun me back round onto my feet!? Headf**k. hahaha

Nah, I only went brakeless because my Magura was leaking at the bleed bolt! Sorted now. Don't have a camera so I didn't film anything, but it wouldn't have been worth watching anyway

Been there, done that. It's good fun! I pumped my tyres up a bit too so I could roll around much easier. Found myself doing hops and spins, and generally trying to be more tech. It's so much different to riding with brakes, and just not using them. You should notice the difference when you go back to brakes too.

If I get bored enough I'll grab my bike and go out for a ride, but I usually end up finding my mates and just chill with them. I've been on a few group rides recently though, usually get around 3-5 of us out. Not really into major big rides or anything anymore...
