  1. I got some of those free o2 Sim cards. So i'm using one of them. Well good.
  2. For the tyres,I'd personally stick with the Maxxis CC's. Just as good, and cheaper. For spraying the frame, choose whatever coour you want. I made a topic before i sprayed my one, to get an idea on colours, and then I played about in photoshop to get the colour sorted. It's really not hard to spray frames, just get all the paint off (in your case stickers and lacquer?) and the primer it, then the coats of the paint of your choice, the lacquer. EDIT: For the bottom bracket, if your Square taper is fine, leave it.
  3. I was thinking that, but that means doing it all over again, on a smaller scale. I'm too lazy. I'll get a better picture tomorrow..if the sun wants to come out...
  4. It's done. Excuse the shit pic, taken on my phone.
  5. Good to not have it dished over though...
  6. Don't forget to put the wheel align in the frame and brake...
  7. Get yourself a spoke key. I'd reccomend a Park Tool one. Around £7. Once you've got that.. if your spokes are loose, tighten them all up one full turn. Set up the brake so it goes quite close to the rim. If it rubs on the left side, tighten up the spokes on the opposite side about half a turn. And always do up a pair at a time. If it still rubs then, then tighten them up about a quarter, if still the same, tighten up another quarter. Just play about with it, untill you get it perfectly align. If the rim itself isn't round anymore, then it'll be very hard to get it perfectly true. Also, this is only for 'left to right' buckles. I don't know how to do 'up and down' ones. I'm sure there's a way...
  8. There's already a Bike Pics sticky in Pe-members.
  9. How do we know that you actually did it? And didn't just pedal hop onto that pallet?
  10. That was well good. As Rich said basically. Super smooth, streety style. I liked that lots. What was the song?
  11. get a video of you pedaling it or something...
  12. I bought a trials bike, and off i went.
  13. Broke my nose. Drop, rear wheel slipped, face plant.
  14. No one else noticed the horizontal dropouts then?
  15. We only harsh to people, if they're being a 'tard. Welcome to the forum.
  16. At the moment, some cookies. But I have roast pork for dinner.
  17. If I can get the day off work, then i'll be there with Rich.
  18. It's not a 20" Limey either. Isn't it someones (can't remember who) signature frame?
  19. Smooth rim: Zoo pads. - My mate uses them on the back of his Adamant. They lock stupidly well, even with no tar. He uses a smooth Try-All rim. Plaz pads: I used mine on a smooth rim once, and they locked really well. Just don't for fo' shiz in the wet. Grind: Plaz pads: I use them on mine, the lock really well, ands with a bit of tar, they're immense. Cousts: My mate uses them, even on the worn grind the were good. Now he's ground the rim again, and they lock stupidly well. He says sometimes they juast don't lock, but then straight after, they do.
  20. Looks so swish. Not too much colour co-ordination. Silver, black, with hints of green. Love it.
  21. Watch a good 'old skool' video. Then watch a good one from recent. See how bigger it's got? I recon it'll keep going bigger, and better. For example, say the highest sidehop 5yrs ago would be nothing compared to now. And then the current biggest sidehop would be nothing in 5yrs.
