Not if you don't drill through the threads. As you have got some bolts out, put a drill bit in one, to make sure it doesn't hit the threads a all...

Drill them out? Just make sure the drill bit is smaller than the threads.

A lot of the first ones did this, it's because there is no gusset where the bash is mounted, so when you bash, you either crack it, or it just caves into the frame. Is the frame brand new? - Are you the first owner? Contact Onza/Supercycles, see if they can sort you out?
