  1. I just followed the frame... Didn't touch the rims or anything...just the steerer tube, and colour.
  2. I tried. Try and spot what else I did to it.
  3. Pop the bent bit off, and gently clamp it in a vice. Just don't flatten it!
  4. Nope. Only one that has snapped, was one of the first prototypes. - Which had different tubing to the current ones. They're beasty, strong frames. - I've got a tiny dent in my downtube, but that's it. I've also cracked a T-Pro. They're quite a lot longer than T-Pro's though, my T-Pro was 1000mm, and my Zona is 1040mm (wheelbase) But they ride a lot nicer.
  5. You left one of the seat+chain stays silver.
  6. Everytime i've 'flown' i've liked it..don't love it though..
  7. I thought something seemed different about the Forum...
  8. I don't really want to spend £35 on bearings, where I can get the exact same thing (without Profile's name on it) for a lot less.
  9. Two blocks of wood idea didn't work for me, the cog kept chewing through any wood I tried. I used an old chain, and long pole.

    Grips

Take them off, and dry them out. - Buzz some kitchen roll through it, that'll do.. Do the same for the bars too. Then get a tiny amount of GT85 on the bars (enough to go all round) and spread it about, and quickly blam on the grips.
  11. I put it in the FAQ Topic. Hub shell bearing - 61903 SRS Driver Bearing - 6082-2RS
  12. Correct Sizes: Hub shell bearing - 6903 2RS. You will need 2 of these. Driver bearing - 6802 2RS. You will need 4 of these. £16.57. - SMBBearings.com Telephone: 01993 842555
  13. Bump. Can anyone tell me what size bearings I need? All 6 btw. 4 driver bearings, and 2 hub shell bearings. I know Tartybikes sells them, but I also know SMBBearings sell them cheaper...That's unless my Dad's mate can get them... EDIT: Rang ProfileEurope, and they don't actually know the sizes, he said they order them straight from the manufacturer as 'Driver bearings' and 'Hub shell bearings' - Which is the order code.
  14. CLS did something like this...he missed out a spoke at say, 12 o'clock one side, and 6 o'clock on the other side. I think...
  15. ahahaa. Brilliant. I'm gunna let the newbies/tarts buy them first, to 'test' them, break them whatever, then I might consider it. Or, if there'll be spares about, just buy the cylinders, and put those on my Magura.
  16. If you think about it, with bikes+parts, everyone has make money somewhere down the line. This being; the ideas people, designers, manufacturers, shipping costs, retail.. etc. Although with Deng, it's copy - change - manufacture - shipping. But still, I reckon the price will drop..slightly. I know it's got all this fancy shiz on it, but still, £150 seems a tad much? £130 maybe?
  17. Cracked an '04 T-Pro, but hey, who hasn't? Usual places, guesset on the downtube, where it meets the headset, and around the welding at the top-tube / down-tube join.
  18. B to the B7 up front, (BB7) And a Magura/Good V set up on't rear.
  19. He lives literally up the road from me, i'll make him chip-in for the prezzie. Even though I owe him petrol money...
  20. Jeans, T-Shirt/Polo, and some Globes. And a jumper/hoody if it's cold. Whatever that is? - I put normal.

    Snow!

It did snowww. I wanna ride in it..damn Profile bearings.
  22. Rules last time were something like: I'm sure everyone knows what a kerb is, edge of road/path sorta thing. Has to be below... 10"? The big(ish) ones at industrial estates are ok. No extras - Pallets, bricks, etc. As that defeats the point of it all..Do whatever you want on it, manuel's to curbs are fine, all that jazz. Yeah?
