Danny knows the score. Monty/Try-All etc foams are shit. Too thin, and not as comfy as Halfords ones. Plus the Halfords ones are longer, cheaper, and you get 4!

If the actual axle size is the same, but the shape is different, i'm sure you can just wack a new axle in your current bearings. That's what my mate did anyway, don't know what type of BB it is though...Spanish? S&M LAF frame...

Did you keep it oiled up? Get some chain lube, spin the cranks round and drip a lot of oil on the chain. Should loosen it up a bit.

The ideas and design's for this frame are awesome! But I really don't like the 'Vario-ness' of it. I still prefer the 'two-triangle' frames for stocks. Make it like this?:

Make sure everything's charged up, and just put one on the camera's hot shoe, and the other on the flash. Turn it all on, and you should be sorted? That's all I have to do with mine...
