  1. Any chance you can try it in another computer Mark?
  2. Onza: Please make 'Mod 1' in that older topic. The others are just ugly.
  3. I thought it was left hand drive for a second then, then realised the rest of it is backwards. Looks nice.
  4. How have they modded them? Sweet shots Ads! You're getting too good at riding shots..

    Mothers Day

Got Mum a bonzai tree. Ikea.
  6. Your height really makes no difference to what size bike you should ride. My mates 6' 4", and rides a T-Pro, which is around 1000mm wheelbase. He went from an Adamant A1, to the T-Pro, just because he prefers riding mod to stock. If you have any local rider, could you just ask if you can have a quick go to get used to it? I know it's easier said than done, but just explain that you want to start the sport or something.. just have a chat?
  7. I was just saying what spanish YooToob was telling me.
  8. Yeaahh.. sure. Trying to look all professional I guess.
  9. I got that, I just clicked the 'Name ^' thing, then clicked the video, and it worked. Nice riding Ads! Is that in an empty bit of the Tartybike's warehouse then? Bet you just sesh' that when you don't have any orders!
  10. Any chance you could tell us what you actually done step-by-step?
  11. Shame about the crack really, but it's getting sorted. So quit the e-bitching! I still don't know if I like these frames or not..they're a bit too different I think?
  12. It's funny how most countries worry and complain about earthquakes, but we get the tiniest one ever in the UK, and we're like 'MORE! dunno what the fuss is about' haha. Sister told me up in Manc' uni they all got out their rooms into the hall, and just had a chat and a cuppa tea.
  13. Blatantly just having one of those mum chats. 'All he ever does is ride that bloody bike all day... etc'
  14. Mate..it was at 1am.. Not many of us ride at that time..?
  15. A tensioner like that, but one that doesn't fit onto a mech hanger would be a serious win I reckon. Looks so nice though!
  16. Nah it kinda does. The force of the brake stopping the rotor is fairly strong, so the curves facing the other way are stronger than if they were facing the force? Hope you understand that... I can't explain anything well today.
  17. Anti-clockwise. So if the kinda curve pointing one way, it'll spin the other way. If that makes sense?
  18. Halford's is such a crap job! especially when you get boss' that take it all seriously... Was a right good laugh when I first started, just so laid back, and we still got everything done on time. We won some money for selling the most accessories or something? And we were top in the area for ages! Then the good boss' left, and we got new dickhead ones that thought we didn't know anything in bikehut. Then they were asking me 'technical' questions about bikes thinking I wouldn't know, like 'So how do you set these disc brakes up?' and 'how would you service a bottom bracket?' So to take the piss and gave long, detailed answers. His face was brilliant. Then they decided to employ a load of part-timers, and we thought they'd get people that knew their stuff to help us out (we were getting way under-staffed!) but no, they employed loadsa noobs that knew nothing at all. One girl in Bikehut said 'I can't even tell the difference between the front and back wheels' So yeah, for some fun we went out the back and rang the store number, and one of the new people answered so we asked them to see if they had loads of stuff in stock (That doesn't exist) and what the best bike is, and for her to explain it to us. "Errr...well, it's a blue one, it has suspension I think and a comfy seat...errr...errr...it has good tyres and wheels and stuff"
  19. Like Anzo said, Halfords aren't specialist. They just sell cheap bikes to get people going. Commuter bikes, and kids first bikes etc. Not proper downhill rigs, etc.
  20. Yeah! I can manuel on my Zona better than any other bike.
  21. Go vee. Nothing to bleed, so easy to set up, don't have to worry about snapping hoses - cables are only a few quid... They don't freeze in winter, you can use Magura pads on them with the Onza V-Dapters. You have more choice of calipers, cables, and levers. Spares are sold in every bike shop. What more could you want?
  22. It woke me up, and the room aobbled a bit. Thought I was just tired and dizzy... haha. T-F goes well weird after earthquakes! haha.
  23. They look fairly wide to me... I have some pretty wide buckets that I bought for my Mini, but I didn't think about the width. They do go in, but they're huge, and rub together, and on the insides of the car, so I just took them out in the end.
