I would use 18 : 16, I used to use that on my saracen mad with 165 cranks... I now use 18 : 15 with 175 cranks on my zenith, feels better for me because I can put more power down when I want to. You'll need a long bb, maybe 127 ish... I run an skf ... on my zenith frame I had to get my bottom bracket shell faced *-) you might want to look into that.

Me and ben spent about 5 minutes pissing about with an old frame I had... all you do is get an old rag, put a dab of autosol on it... smudge along the area you want to polish, polish into the frame, get a clean cloth, clean away autosol and buffer crazily until very shiney (doesnt take much) I would deffo advise it, gives great effects with minimal effort, its really easy to use, just make sure you have removed the laquer layer from your frame first

ah... hmmm... ermm... *-) well... have got my tryall to last out... Its pretty much straight... got all the minor flat spots out and so on... just 2 fat ones right next to each other... I'm now set to destroy it by dropping reli high and doing the biggest drop gap I can find ... should be ordering an undrilled ronnie soon...

ah nice one prawn i know that ronnies are absolutely class... but... the difference in width is... the concern... did you use one on your zenith? how did you find the pad set up with the rear brake when using a 38mm rim?

Adivce needed, I've destroyed 2 tryall 06's already and am looking for a new rim. I dont think I will get another tryall, but cannot get the echo 07 because they are only available in 32h, what other options are there? I'm looking for long life, flat spot & dent resistance and 36h... what else is out there?

TRA has dropped off a lorry at 14ft summin... I'm not too sure on what the highest recorded drop is though, alot of people bullshit about how high theirs is anyways... This is the highest drop i have done, was 9ft 3" actually measured (and i was shitting it to say the least) and some other one in birmingham
