i thought they looked good!!! when you get them back if you have a spare set would you sell them to me? yeah your brake was beast! iv just had enough of my magura, its a never ending story full of miserable problems of hoses leaking, seals breaking... would be good to just have a vee to set up and forget about, i love how my front avid bb7 feels on the front, very snappey and solid and its using a crap cable. if i could just find a whole good vee set up for less than 40 i would have it... because theres maguras on ebay for 40 posted and its either one of those or a vee!

A bad day with a maggie... So I have decided I want a vee.. The set up I am choosing, sd7 levers, sd7 arms, odyssey linear slick cable... All I need to find is a cheap set of pads and some decent adaptors from 4 bolt that won't cost me £30!

you've got the right idea heres how my black mumba looked when i had it (all black but with gold skewers) and heres how my mates 24" looks stealthed out with the exception of pink king hubs and headset An all black colour scheme looks really good... if not go for red because you like red

Gold always goes well with black, but its your frame and your choice... If it was mine I would go with an all black colour scheme... Gives a good stealthy and neat look... Either that or red... Colours only good in small amounts, if you get coloured parts, only get coloured hubs, headset and maybe bars.... All the small parts look good coloured but when you start going overboard with coloured rims etc it starts to look rank (get black rims... silver rims... or white rims)

I'm afraid I don't know... Maybe he hasn't tightened it so I cant really say, but I wouldn't want to have to locktite a £135 brake thats 2 days old
