It's abit worrying that your on trials-forum at that time of the morning, but im assuming that you were drunk!! I won't have access to a computer until monday now as I am going to Leicester for the next few days. Few things that haven't bin mentioned so far: - Pads/rim could be contaminated?? Regrind or wash the rim with clean water, also sand the pads. - Is the brake itself alright?? Maybe it needs a rebleed?

Necopads is the only place that sells the pads They aren't the same as the magura red pads, I use the Neco red pads on the front and back and they work very very well! I'm sure that if you contact the person who runs the site by emailing "enquiries@necopads.co.uk" you will get some more information and they will answer any further questions! Hope I have helped

If you are keeping your rim smooth, then buy the Neco red pads, these are softer than the yellows and work really well on a smooth rim
