  1. Kinell When did you get that?? Looks so nice, didn't even think you still rode! Come and ride up here sometime mate, you can stop for a few days too
  2. I will see what the score is when I come down, Its likely that I will leave Liverpool on the wednesday that I finish college and then stay in Leicester till sunday. I'll have to have a good think.
  3. I didn't say I was going to ride redcar THIS WEEK I said soon when the weathers more reliable and when I have abit more money!!! I can't afford to chip in petrol money this week, unless Mark would give me a lift for free
  4. 11ish across the road from Liverpool Limestreet train station Post up if your coming! See you there
  5. Some names that stick out to me are: James Porter, Nick Goddard, Rowan Johns, Fred Grillet, Danny Mac, Ali C, Damon Watson and TRA. Other than those big and well known riders, Danny Kearns is really inspiring (especially when he had his Zona). I remember the first time I rode with him and he just had no fear at all and put everything he had into his riding. Along with this he is a really nice genuine person, it's hard to judge someone by what they post on the internet (I'll admit I thought he would be a tosser and he thought the same about me) but when you get the chance to meet him, he is one of the nicest people you will meet through trials.
  6. Just thought I would quote that again before you go off and buy a vinco, wheelbase really does mean nothing, the important measurement is from the centre of BB shell to top centre of head tube. The vinco may have a longer wheelbase than the limey I mentioned, but because of its higher bb it will have a shorter reach (I think) and will feel shorter... so will not be as well suited for your mate as the limey. This video has some footage of Krisboats riding his onza t-rex. Some other TALL riders to look out for are Pisanka and Phil Williams.
  7. If you need more advice, wait for Krisboats or BenLeacock to reply in this topic as they are some of the tallest forum users
  8. You need to be looking at the reach (Centre of BB shell to top centre of head tube) rather than wheelbass, for example, a frame with high bb with feel much shorter than a frame of the same wheelbase which has low bb. I beleive the onza t-rex frames have good reach, but you are best looking on www.tartybikes.co.uk to see what frame has the longest reach. It also helps to have a long stem set up and risers. Edit: Just looked into it abit more, I reckon the best option available at tartybikes would be the Onza Limey 2. The Geometry when measured with Echo Urban forks are as followed. Wheelbase: 1085mm Chainstay Length: 380mm BB Rise: 10mm Head Angle: 72.5 degrees Centre of BB shell to top centre of head tube: 695mm (27.25")
  9. Brilliant pictures Kris Boumsong INVENTED flowery shorts I miss riding with you all
  10. Amazing riding there Some really good pics too, Bet it took absolutely ages to edit and then upload them, so credit where its due and thanks alot for sharing:them with us!! I really miss riding birmingham Looks like everyones improved so much!!
  11. Can't say anything that hasn't bin said already... But what the f**k are you doing dressed as some wierd ninja at the start of the video??? Looks abit stupid, your meant to be showing us your riding, not what wierd bondage shit you like to dress as. Next time, less f**king around with bmx moves, less wierd ninja bondage costumes and less naff screamo music that doesn't go at all and your onto a winner You obviously have alot of potential and a good variety of moves from different riding backgrounds, please make sure you don't loose that but more trials will improve the video
  12. Class pics Adam, the Liverpool ride was mint today, good to see so many familiar faces and meet loads of new people! Some of the stuff Vince was pulling off today was ridiculous, I have never seen riding at that level before!
