last week it took me a minute to work out how many spokes i had in my 48 spoke wheel after snapping 13 lol. Needless to say, i can't help, and have created a useless post. Although it may provide a slight moment of joy while you snigger at my discombobulatinly bad mental arithmatic.

its been sooo cool up to now haha. i'm in kent now. we've had a piss up, a cyclist attacked the car and matty through the window, silly string everywhere, i've face planted again at a concrete park, wrecked my head a little, shoulder, hip and humb so i might be filming the rest of the time. Chris broke some toes we thin but whipped epics box sooo smooth. Everythihng is cool. 450 miles up to now. Sittingbourne tomorow so off to bed ina minute!!! I think y2sk8 is out the window as bikes aren't allowed till 4pm on monday. so burnleyis monday now haha. (sorry joe!!!) Bongo..... (i'll update tomorow!!!!)

yeah mark. i saod that the pads are almost identical in power. The diference is in the mushyness. ie: heatsinks are less mushy due to the metal backing. That part of the choice is personal preference. As the power of the 2 pads is very similar.

Right so the 4 till 6 clothing team are all off on another roadtrip for a few days. There is 12 of us all heading down the country. So i'm just letting you all know cos it'd be cool to meet some of you guys who i have talked to on here, myspace and msn, but mostly never met! The plan is... Thursday 6th April, Head to Epic skatepark, Birmingham, Ride there most of the day, Then continue to Motion Skatepark, Bristol. Friday 7th April, Ride Motion Skatepark Bristol all day, Then continue across the south to Unreal Skatepark, Sittingbourne, Kent. Ride Sittingbourne Skatepark Saturday 8th April, Then continue to Legacy Skatepark, Benfleet, Essex. Ride Legacy Sunday 9th April, Then continue to Y2SK8, Peterborough to ride there on the Monday 10th April. Maybe i might meet some of you if you end up goin the same place when we are about. We'll be filming a shitload anyways so should have some good footage for the future. John.

loadsa good advice above, so not much point in me going on, but i will just remind people that a top end bmx, is by no means cheaper than a top end trials bike. Extremely similar price brackets stand for trials and bmx. By that i mean that the quality you would expect in a trials bike pricing at £250, is dwarfed by the quality of a bike 2 or 3 times that price. If you spend a small amount, you will very often get parts that work, maybe even work well, but usually don't last half the time a dearer part. Of course not everyone is rich and people do have limits to what they can spend. But always spend as much as possible because it does matter in bmx. Things to look for as a must, are 3 piece cranks. This is a MUST. If you are under 5ft 5" 20" top tube could well be long enough and comfortable. 6ft, definately 21", more if you are buying a frame alone which is made longer. In between these heights, you could really do with trying some bikes and seeing a frame length you like. 20.5" or 20.6" is a nice middle length for an average sized person. Hoffman are cool, WTP are cool. John.

We are looking for info on any indoor skateparks ( due to the weather f**king everything up if we plan solely for outdoor parks) in and around the area highlighted in the picture below.
