Ahhh i see what you mean. Ohhh i'm such a pain! This isn't my bike, i posted it as an inditcation to the kind of shape i'm looking for, with it being quite long and stretched. I am hoping to get something similar and then i can get them printed big and small, for different purposes. (That bike is £32,000, so it's not mine and it never will be!!!) Thanks though mate We're just looking for the general design and can then work around where they'll go, as we need a blank bike for sponsors to have first choice before we go for what's left... My shabby effort at the top, but done properly in photoshop would be a good starting point. Bold, long, and not too high. Minimal gaps between top and bottom row, with Racing being a different font to Tango & Crash Many thanks

Noel, I like that If you aren't too tired at some point, Would making it more bold be a pain, and squashingit vertically so it's longer and not as high, if that makes sense! Do like the H turning into the line though

Right, sorry for asking for help again, but i was wondering if anyone with a bit of a brain could help me. I'm sure it'll only take a few minutes for someone who knows how... Could you pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease come up with a few versions of something like the image below, that i artistically crafted in paint! Different fonts etc, or anything else you think may be good... We will be printing them in a single colour, so no shading or anything like that required... This is the kind of job it will be doing on the bike, but of course will be in different sizes for other applications... Anything simple, that you think may look decent then go for it! Protein in supplements are usually whey protein. Whey protein comes from cows milk, and is the most easily digested, and used protein by the body. I always swore by Dorian yates proteins. I used Pro MR (meal replacement), rather than the Pro Mass, which made me quite spotty. They worked for me extremely well.

Well it's not a strict time, but a nice boundry to give yourself so you pretty much consume your protein after you finish, within a good amount of time. So finish training at 6pm, try to get your protein by 6:30... If you eat before, you probably wouldn't train aswell. It's not nice training with a belly full. Carbs to train, protein to heal. Not stricly true, because the carbs are just as important to allow the protein to do their job, but you get the idea. Carbs give you the energy to train, although training is pointless if you are lacking in the protein that will heal the muscles damaged during training.

30 grams of protein within 30 minutes is massively beneficial. Doesn't need to be a fancy £2 drink to work. Some carbohydrate is great too, but the protein is vital... Tear your muscles in the workout, and fill in the gaps with protein. Very very basic, but that's what you're doing.

Swap Thursday and Fridays routines and will give your triceps an extra day of rest after training shoulders before you have to use them to train chest on the monday. After training biceps on monday, you do not use them until you train back. You are giving them 3 whole days rest before you use them for back. If you swap back to Friday, and train biceps on monday, you will be able to fatique your biceps on the, while getting a better back workout with the extra day's rest. You may find your biceps are tired on the monday still, but that's ok. Your biceps are not key to training another body part on the Monday... All the while, your shoulders were done on the Thursday with your triceps that were last used for chest on monday, and they now have an extra day to heal before using them to train chest. It almost seems like 6 of one and half a doxen of the other, but it comes down to the back containing the largest muscles mass in the body, so you need all the help you can get to fatique your back, by having great biceps. I trained your program as far as the same body parts each day, with this exception, with great success. It is hands down the best plan for maximum rest of priority body parts in order to get the most benefit when needed, to help other body parts. Bongo

Yeah they still have injectors. It's spark plugs they don't have Be careful trying it for too long. 25 seconds maximum. Then leave for a minute or two and try again. Any more than 25 seconds and the cat gathers the vapour of the diesel, which accumulates in the cat and destroys the platimum. Yeah it'll run, but it'll fail it's next MOT... Has he checked the compression? Is it good diesel?

Yeah but that doesn't mean it's not completely stupid. I think it's stupid having music on too. Being able to hear while on the road, whether it's a car, bike or push bike is extremely important i think.

You've picked the worst racetrack in the country I've raced round that and it's pants lol. So boring! I did end up in the gravel in the middle after running off on the big left before the hairpin though lol. (It's Rockingham by the way) Anyway, you should buy Brands, it's much closer and far better! I like your thinking though, we're reading off the same page here! I'd buy Oulton Park, several ex supersport and WSB motorbikes for me and a few mates, a motorhome, and just ride.

That would be if he wanted to organise a big charity ride. I got the impression he meant he wanted to do a ride himself for charitable reasons?? If so, just get on the internet and see if the charity you want to help has a form on their website, or give them a shout and ask them. Or just make one yourself even, then get loads of names of people who will sponsor you, get it done, get the money and send it to them.
