You see, the problem with asking people a queation like this that don't have a clue about nutrition, is that you get answers that are bollocks a lot of the time. Apparently us men are meant to be round 90grams per day of fat. You might be on 150grams lets say, so drop it down. try to get it to 70 or 80, and around double that for the carbs. More importantly though is exercise. When my knee works, i can eat as much shite as i want, but with my daily riding i never put weight on and i'm as fit as ever. Exercise is what'll shed the weight more than the food. So both, is the best thing to do. Bongo

If you don't cry when you listen to them, you must be daydreaming and not hearing what they're saying. My Grandad i know has been through similar things and can't speak about it. that's partly helpful, but i need it spelling out to me... I need a step by step guide basically. What wire, where to put it, what to click to make it work, if i need to do any set up shite etc. I don't know what ethernet is lol. So you get my situation!! I don't want to take things to bits... I want to get files from my old pc to my new one. There is tons of stuff i want, but i'm in no rush, so slow transfers are fine with me. If i plug my old tower into the wall and power it up etc etc, can i just use a linking cable to be able to explore whats in the main drive, through my new pc, then copy across. Basically, just make my old pc an external harddrive so i can access it and drag stuff across from it. If i can, what cabl;e do i need. I may have one?? Or is it a special one. where do i connect the wire on the old and new pc, etc etc. The more info the beter. I know it's not difficult, but if you don't know, you need to ask!! Bongo

well yeah that's definately the exception like. If the background is a changing environment like maybe cars or something, then yeah fair enough, or in this case becasue of the angle of the shot where it's overlapped you should definately make the effort to mask off between the spokes! Bongo

If you've taken the shots properly though, ie. with a tripod/perfectly still camera, then the background between the pokes will be consistent once you place the rider over the base layer in the correct place. bongo

you take several photo's at different stages throught he trick. Mike means that there is an option for burst fire on many camera's. These photo's need to be taken without moving the camera ideally. (tripod etc) Then you use photoshop and basically cut the rider out of each photo, and using layers, put each mini picture of the rider, on top of the background. Because the camera was still, tree's etc, through the spokes, line up between layers to give the effect of it being one complete photograph. Bongo
