haha nice one mate. These are the two i went with Basically, it's for a forum called throttlemonkey. It's a predominantly track riders forum, but there are a lot of road riders on it. It's as big in the UK bike scene as TF is in trials, and the only other forum that i've said "yeah, it's as good as TF". Everyone has a bloody sig lol, and there is every area going apart from a northwest monkey one lol. Southern, yorkshire, scottish, welsh, cockney lol, so it needs a northwest monkey lol.

Eh up, i need a signature making for another forum i use, a motorbike forum. Could someone please help??? I have some pictures i'd like, and the dimensions (500 x 125) I not got antything i want really though, so if you could help, it's your call how you make it... if OD404 or HS Steve see this, and feel like they want to post. I thikn they know all there is to know about this subject. I recall a lot of uploaded images of images from some FANCY machine that tested stress over a booster, with a thermal image of area's that attracted the most stress etc. Without real R&D like this, you're only ever 'designing' a shape of metal... Anything is better than nothng i suppose, but it's tough to do a really good one...

I've been up all night, in and out of sleep with terrible breathing, taking my ventolin what seems like a hundred times. I've been a bit off 100% for a week or so, with the humid thundery weather that's been hanging around, and it's caught up now stopping me from having a good nights sleep... I've always had asthma, and i got me a bad case of it too. Well, most of the year it's controlled perfectly, with not much use of my ventolin (salbutamol), and occasional use of pulmicort (brown one, like becotide), but normally once or twice a year it will flair up and i'll need to go on a course of corticosteroids called prednisolone, and use a nebuliser i keep at home. This used to be around winter time, with th cold it was presumed, and while thundery weather made it's effects on me, it was only the odd day over summer, and i was always brilliant in summer. But since i had my knee injury and my fitness has gone downhill, over the last 3 summers, my summer asthma has also got really bad. I can't help but think they're related... I'm sat here with a machine blurring away next to me, with a bloody mask on my face pumping vapourised salbutamol to me for 15 minutes lol. It's no more than an annoyance as it's nothing new, but jeez is it an annoyance or what!!! I know it's serious, my parents worry, but i know when i feel like it's going to go rubbish, you can sense it for a few days before, and it's just a case of doing what you know sorts it out. I'm taking my first sick leave in a couple of years (apart from the knee op), so i'm quite excited haha. Anyone else have similar things going on in their lives lol?! What triggers yours?? Bongo

did they repair the meniscus or remove some of it?? Alters the recovery a great deal... I had the same thing mate, with the added shitter of snapping my ACL and having it replaced. Yuo just gotta look to the future and be excited. Don't bother being gutted as it doesn't help. Never under estimate the benefits of ic. it's AMAZING, TRUST ME. Use it every day, 20 mintes every 2 hours if you can. I can't shout it's praises enough.
