still saying swap the cassete spacers and put some washers inbetween the rohloff and mech hanger to bulk it outwards. thats the bodge anyway, measure it on the monitor and see.
the two massive great spacers that are either side of your rear cog,,,one is narrower than the other. swap them so the cog is further towards the dropout simple realy u may need some spacers inbetween your tensioner and mech hanger outer face
put the spacers the other way round, and u will prob also have to file some metal off the mech hanger to get the jocky perfectly aligned. only way u can get perfect chainline is if u get the spacers custom made.
Think you'll find , if you actualy do some research sapim cx ray bladed spokes are much less likely to break than normal double butted. Fact. Go on to the Sapim website for full details. They dont cost a lot for no reason.
Nice little vid that, wish id not been put off by rain in salisbury now. fred u div hope u found it!, cause there are a lot of boyd up paxos in pompey.

I built a px mk2 up about 5 years ago that weighed 19 pounds. That was a full 26 inch bike not 20. We assume u want to build a 20? For spokes it has to Sapim cx rays, very strong and as light as ti spokes they will set you back around £130 pounds for two wheels. go for it
