ok, well i will start with saying it was an absoletly amazing day today thanks to tom for organisin it for me it was certainly the best ride ive ever been on, and yes everyone else did miss out. SETTING UP: ok we can either set up on the friday night, which means a couple of people will have to camp with the sections (Y) to make sure they dont get nicked or maybe we chain it all up, thats if anyone has a load of chain.....Or we can set it all up early on the saturday morning im talking around 6-8am. let me know what you think about this

just remembered... Tom , the t-shirts i think we defo should have em...so if thats agreed on we need to order them to get em in time

were goin to have to shift everything on the friday evening and set it up....so help will be needed there! also we may need someone that is willing to campl overnight to keep a close eye on the demo rig, or if anyone has got a load of chain we can lock it up with...that will be mega. Tom, any news on the fencing yet?

alex, its not just certain riders that will do a demo....what we have planned is all the club members that are free will ride....it would be a bit hard for jus a few riders to ride for over 8hours for 3 days.....we will all take it in turns if you get what i mean, we want to promote the club in the biggest way possible, we need to show that there are riders of all abilitys in the club, that way we may get a few more people want to try out the sport....im soo poo with my english so i apoligise for mistakes e.t.c, btw...i told you, we are hopefully going to get a space on the high street, we dont know exactly where!

hope we do have the hall tomoz, i wanna try out my new bike. not bad meetin tonight, shame were not gettin any money though (Y) :( .

tom i know you dont agree with using this a messenging service e.t.c, but is there a meeting tomoz? and are you ok to take a cheque for the dbr?
