Get spyware doctor to give your comp a good scan for spyware and other crap. How many processes have you got running in your task manager? Also, click on the performance tab and you can see how much work your CPU is doing and how much memory is being used. Go here and here where you can check what each running process is. End the ones you don't need running.

Go with either Zoo risers, they are 29'' or if you want bigger than you could get some Onza Carbon Risers in 30''. The Zoo's feel very light and comfy to ride with, you can pick some up for £35. The Onza's also feel nice, but they retail a little more at £55. You can pick either ones up from here. There are a few more on there to look at like the Try All Risers or BT risers, but I can't really say how they feel to ride with as i've never tried them.

Like everyone says, it's their job at the end of the day...if they didn't bother to come out and tell you to move on then they would probably get the sack. Some can be sound, like when they tell you that you can come back after a certain time when no one is on duty. Those guys get my respect. I went off my nut an shouted like hell right in his face telling him to get his facts straight before he accuses me of doing something i never did...that pissed me off so much that day. I turned up with my mate and ended up riding with some lads called Matt and Lewis (sorry if spelt wrong ) and a lad on a giant whose name i can't remember :$ then Mike and Boon turned up later mint day out!
