hey As i said in my post he is building a custom frame around the wheel so the brakes will be fine to set up. crossovers are not a problem as you can make them longer. I am not quite sure of the point but i can say one thing for sure it is different.lol cheers

Something i thought i should share. Pete Wright's new rear wheel. This is taking wide rims to the next level!! Surly large marge rim drilled by bigman. Profile 6 speed hub (32h) Maxxis 2.7" highroller. He brought it round mine earlier and it isnt offensively heavy. Good job he is building a custom frame as there isnt much chance in fitting one of these in a conventional trials frame withoug running disk. cheers frenchman

hey guys. Prawn knows too much about mini's i rebuilt his mini with him. we were like a little team. Me the bodywork side, Prawn the mechanical. Brisa, your best bet is to get something in kit form Hi-lo's so you can alter the ride hight of your car, a set of lowered shock absorbers (front and rear) GAZ shocks are highly recomended. and a full negative camber kit with polyurethane bushes. This is a pretty faultless combination and will make your alreaddy well handling mini stick to the road like it was on tracks. The best people to contact is m.e.d engineering as they do this kit complete for £350 and they are renowned for top quality products. m.e.d engineering The kit isnt available online but the number is there so give them a ring and talk it through with them. God i love the mini!! Let us know your budget because there are cheaper options out there. cheers frenchman

Hey guys thatnks fpr the comments. Yeah i did it all myself but i have experience spraying cars etc i worked in a classic car garage for about 6 months. I am not happy with the finish though so in a few weeks i will be stripping it back down and respraying it again and making some custom stickers. cheers Pierre

Party hey. I hat two partys within 3 days at my place a new years and on before. Seemed like a good idea but was very very bad.lol Whare to start , I took care of the alcohlol pronto and me and a few mates bought about 6 crates of beer loads os alco pops n stuff and and obsene amount of spirits ( trade bottles) now i think i had already gone wrong. I had about 60 people comming (all friends or people that i knew) so i went round the house and got all the vases etc in a locked room. All was goin well till monsier Prawn decided to drink 2 bottles of Baileys to himself (noob) He then hid in my playroom and then puked up a treat! I then walked in to a Prawn rolling in his own sick. (Ba%**rd) Right so party one was not too good but a laugh in the end. Then there was party No2. Pretty much the same stort as No 1 but the highlight of the evening ( well for everyone else) was my mate (groin) running through my front room window!! Prawn ended up taking him to A&E for 6 stitches to his nose. So word of warning dont invite too many people and be prepared for the worst. More importantly dont have too much booze and yourself dont get too drunk. Its your house and keep control or your house. And most of all enjoy it. cheers

Hey if you are going by train then i would expect to pay £30 return and £16 for your ticket at the door. I am traveling up with Bigman and Prawn from Plymouth and we rare all chipping in for fuel so i expect to pay £10 towards fuel and £16 at the door. So about £30 once you have added pitstops lol. cheers

Hey i am pretty sure you have nothing to work about. the freehub body isnt actally bolted to the hub there is the body all in 1 piece then a little black spacer. the body itself is held together by the bolts and are clamped by the frame. you might aswell pull the body off and give it all a clean and lube it back up whils your at it. oh and don worry the pawls and springs dont fly off like they do on hopes. hope this helps

I know alpine do an interface for the i pod which allows you to acess your i pod through the head unit. the only problem with this is that you need an alpine head unit. the interface itself s bout £80-90 plus the price of a head unit £170( the cheaper 1's dont support the interface) and your i-pod which even for the mini i pod is about £140 this brings the pacage to around £300 here is a head unit and interface kit headunit kit and the interface on its own interface another option is to but a hard drive head unit i knwo a few companys make these but they are not cheap again the sony model is arounf £600 if i remember rightly. Kenwood do a stand alone hard drive, much like a cd changer kenwood hard drive hope this helps

If it is the renthal ones I cut mine down using a hot knife! mine was still a tight fit but it doesnt come out as easy.

Can u get new seals for RB's if so where from? I really want to get one but want to make sure thet if it leaks it can be repaired..
