  1. Cut it reet off. I had longish hair at one point, thought it was nice. Cut it real short again for the summer and absolutely love it, effortless unposey styleeee. Yet actuall look better than all the EMO/shop catalouge types.... Snip Snip
  2. Whats this file block crap? I have an unpatched version 7 (official update job) and I can send any file i want! Never mind, just wondering, won't bother with this leaked stuff
  3. exactly. MP3 are low bitrate, so you won't be able to hear the quality anyway. You just want loud, so don't spend £££'s unessesarily.
  4. 66million is a drop in the ocean when talking about world poverty. Debt is endless whatever happens untill the countries get themsleves in a position to supposrt them selves. I would definately sort out some kind of small nice to run business if I won the lottery, just to give myself something to do. Obviously my family would be given a large chunk each... well enough to live off. It would be all to easy to blow all that money, it soon adds up... Would have to wait for some interest first then start spending it more.
  5. Random question: Wht compounds do the pads come in these days? Just that orange one, or is there a choice depending on rim type? Site looks good though :P
  6. £270 nuff said Oddysey cranks, bars, rear brake, freewheel Full chromo frame Pig headset Sealed hubs and Euro BB nice seat etc. 21" tt - good if your tall !
  7. Im talkinf about the really little scanky bug things, they don't fly but somehow appear all over your T-shirt and behind your TFT screen without warning!!! Kinda this bug type shape.
  8. cooolios, I have 3 now!! :P Pretty sure ones dead and squashed though :"> so won't be able t crawl away, hoping it will dicentergrate
  9. I don't mean just because they sem to come from no where and cover all your white shirts when you go out. But more because one of the little shits has got behind my TFT screen and looks to be dead!! which means its not gonna wiggle away anytime soon. (Y) :P dunno what Im gonna do, the fronts not removable, will have to see where the nearest dealer type person is I guess
  10. 23683 fisrt go :) bit likeengine tuning it CMR 2005
  11. New bike, finally rode it today, after having it two days.... other things to do. Felt pretty sweet compared to old shed I had, loving a 21"tt. Need to se to work on the brakes and put a couple of pegs on though
  12. OK then here are the pics, First off all the bits which I think are crank spares (i hope they are spare!!) All those bits appear to be slightly different sizes too. Second this is the end of my craks Mark :P and a shot of the current spacing. the bit with oddysey writing appear to move when i push cranks laterally, I assume its just a case of doing te cups up ? Cheers everone :-
  13. hehe yup thats my plan ben, will most liekly even sell the tirals bike, as its my final year I don't have much time for it, plus don't see trials as the future after I finish uni and get a real job. More people locally seem to be into bmx these days, plus its easier to find things to ride, not so limited to ups and side hops etc. Mark!!!! I am not that new to bmx, I know what i was looking at :P Will get some pics very soon, am still at work atm. Hmmmmm loving the idea of riding bmx again :-
  14. No they go in the ends like on a MTB. The size of the Allen key hole doesn't look 8mm though! I will look laters and tell you for sure, unless Bongo or someone knows what Thermal 41 cranks have .... lol 3pc is new to me
  15. I'm thinking the little allen headed bolts hold the arms on? no 8mm beasts like on MTB?
  16. My civilian bars are ony 24 1/2 " any way, will not chop and see how they go. As my bike was built by a factory type thing i am suspicious of Euro BB cups being loose etc. Any one know where there is a guide to how to install them properly or is it very simple? The box of bits that came with the bike seems to have loads of spare for the BB too. two cylinders that look like spacers for the BB axle, and washers and cups etc.... Is this just for different width BB on other makes of frame that Odyssey supply with he Thermal cranks as standard? :"> I'm such a BMX retard it sad. Might take a closer loko and post pics of the bits when I get home from work if I have chance before I go straight out again with my girlfriend.! weather is shite anyway :- Olly I had to LMAO when I noticed the bike came with a tectro front brake as standard (you know the sort :P) may take it off to replace with Hombre perhaps. good old wheel relfectors and chain guard too, I was soooo chuffed, really hoped it would have them on :P Spare set of Bars too, as they manufacturer didn't put the Civilians on as standard lol
  17. A wee question about bar widths... Whats the general concencous for bar widths? to cut or not to cut that is indeed the question. I'm thinking I will ride uncut and see how it goes, but I used to ride bars which were 1 1/2" cut eiather side (will find out actual final width soon if i can) Just wondering.
  18. They are relatively lightwieght frames, cannie remember real wieghts, but light none the less. Mines still in one piece and I loved riding it, strong enough I recon, decent geo too. No complaints about it from me.. A T-rex would only be £50 more brand new or summit though (Y) Not that I should point that out seeing as I will wanna sell my frame at some point soon i think
  19. I have to say I had a good experience with them. Order a bike after closing on a saturday (web order). Arrived tuesday morning. Thats technically next working day delivery...... Perhaps they are just not so good with random things.... like tyre leavers. Who knoes... (Y)
  20. what about opening frontpage? lol Not really sure what to sugest really. I'm sure google would have some answers
  21. And I believe that is the same stem which I still have and abused for several months afterwards? with the black tape over the Guess writing? Brilliant stem. No reason for it to be weaker becasue its a roadie stem, stems are stems, all properly made stems will be made to withstand the same forces. there is no such thing as an ultra strong 'trials' stem as far as i can tell? *(1) As for carbon stems... why not sounds good to me, I belive in carbons ability. seeing as i've spent so much of the last twelve months making and braking the stuff I have a fair idea of its capabilities. Im sure if the moeny and time was spent on it a good bondnig sytem could be found for the ally inserts. the technology alredy exists thats for sure. The real issue would be wether the right carbon weave and resin system was chosen by the manufacturer (they won't make it themselves from scratch), as if they got that wrong you could see some prototype snappage :( (1) by properly made I mean: not a crapily cast stem made from low quality aluminium alloys etc....
  22. Still dry here, plenty of lightning and thunder though... hardly scary though >_<
  23. so very true. Evian is the best! But i do like normal water as long as it chilly. Sparkling water is a huuuge no no though!!! it mings
  24. The thing is. Geldof said in friday night with jonathin ross that the gigs were not for raising mony for the charity, only to raise the profile. they will have covred the costs with the £1.50 test lottery tickets thingys. Giving money will not even make a dent in the debts owed. the gig will most likely not make that much of a difference. Hmmm its a tough one, but I think people should be allowed to sell them, the people who buy them should be less silly and not go ott with the amount they would really pay (not talking about fake bidding).
  25. Why not, thats an awsome comedy line!!
