  1. If i told you i'd have to kill you. I have to go back to work tomorrow after 3 weeks off It was a truly awesome 10 days, riding with cesar and oscar sainz was awesome. Me and scott just sat and spoke to Cesar for about an hour when it was too dark to ride and he was telling us loads of stuff about biketrial and what he thought of things. I think his girlfriend bought him a drill for christmas as his bike was drilled to the max, but was very light. I'd also like to thank, Cesar, Joseph Abant for inviting us to there house for dinner, Oscar Sainz for driving us back to Sabadell, Angel Battle and his girlfriend for looking after us in Torremdebarra, The guys at best for a great day and the meal after at the restaurant courtsey of them, Meria and Gemma Abant for meeting us at the train station and taking us to the hotel, xavi alonso for the lifts and translations, Enric Gilbert for his help in getting us there, the guys at the bikeshop in torrembarda for the lift and grinding our wheels and all the other kool people that helped us out. Got some pictures to follow soon and deffinatly a video. Thanks to Scott for keeping me out of trouble and away from people in white trousers
  2. you should be here now jullian its really hot
  3. were already there going down to the comp on friday. We were downhilling with Oscar Sainz yesterday. was fun
  4. would just like to say a big thankyou to Barbara for sorting out mine and Scott Wilsons licenses and sending them out special delivery so that we got them today. As we fly tomorrow to do a Spanish Championship round in Torrembada. I know she is really busy sorting out heaps of other stuff, so thank her for getting it sorted quickly.

hey hugh yer they are run under a uci format, I don't think your aloud to say its uci rules, some legal thing i think but yer they use the same rules and format basically. Deffinatly worth travelling up to enter, great atmosphere and the sections encourage proper riding rather than pedal bashing up a mud slope.
  12. just found this on biketrial spain HERE They have changed there rulings on gears, but it sounds like there club championships enforced the rule as well, where as it isn't in this country, only at national level. But it also says it is the first step, so maybe one day they will get rid of the rule at national and international BIU level as well.
  13. me and my friend scott Wilson will be at the biketrial park in Sabadell in March you should coem and ride with us and Mireia and Gemma

Hey mate, memberships have to be renewed every year, but it's usually only £10 which isn't so bad.
  15. riding the car fair enough, i think most people would and its going anyway, riding the ruins though why bother!
  16. good to see the forms for the workd rounds going out early, an earlier selection can only be good, so riders can sort travel and accomodation arrangements earlier. Is the location of the Spain round still unconfirmed Barabara?

Was a good trial, I have been ill all week and rode about 5/6 sections and just about died so i retiered but the sections were spot on I thought took about the right amount of marks off everyone, apart from Ben maybe he should have his own new class Lots of riders there, i was speaking to Barbara and she said there was 100 riders for the comp, but there was also loads of others just practicing, which was good to see. I won't be able to make the next one as i'll be in spain riding a spanish championship round in the sun :> but i'll hopefully be at a few more this year. Thansk to all observers, people that set out, scorers, barbara etc. I'm off to bed for 3 weeks
