I've managed to get my zhi freewheel onto my bike now and it's feeling great so far, the engagemets seem much more positive than my previous freewheel, i'll add some pictures when i get chance to but my cmera is back at uni. I also got to have a look at one of the z2 mod spacing 26" frames yesterday, i'm very temted to splasg out and buy one, the build quality of them looks really good and the frame seems stiff to. The silve-white-silver paint job looks awesome to!

I've been using the trident shoes for about 2 weeks now, having used almost all the previous sets of ribos available I can say that these shoes easily match up to if not better the ribos especially on their value for money. The new buckle on these seems to be more reliable than the ones on the ribos due to it being one solid piece as apposed to the two skinny levers used on the ribos. The heel area is particularly stiff no signs what so ever of the heel falling to pieces like they did on the ribos. it also feels more difficult to role your ankle in these shoes. I'm in the biggest size which is a uk size 10.5 but i'm an 11 and I have enough room in these shoes and they offer a great fit. deffinitely top value for money I picked some shorts up yesterday but i'm just waiting for the good weather before trying them out

just to let you know me and danny butler are off up to matlock quarry for about 12 today if anyone fancies coming up?

im guessing the higher price is to cover tooling or manufacturing costs? as with normal round rims the holes are just punched out while the rims are still in a long flat srtip, maybe its harder to do circles then a square? I'm probably talking rubbish though lol
