  10. Haven't really seen Juan about yet this year, but he has this video out sort of a best of 07, a top UCI 20" rider for those of you who might not be familiar. youtube link
  11. good luck guys. Ben did you make it all that way on your own?
  12. I've been running the Snowys for about 2 years now and I wouldn't run anything else. I find they are the perfect balance between a hard and soft pad, I used to have lots of problems with grinds dying to quick in comps using a hard pad or pads being to soft. The snowys don't feel mushy at the lever either. I use them on the rear with just a normal magura no booster. I ride british and world champs and they are perfect!!
  13. soonish, not going to far as i wont be out long
  14. been in uni this morning I'm up for where-ever really just for a few hours nothing much
  15. Anyone up for riding around this area this afternoon for a little bit? I prefer to ride some natural but not fussed with street
  16. your dad was there scott who needs an ambulance when you've got vaughan, i've seen his driving i'd much rather be going to hospital in his car than an ambulance if i was fighting for my life lol, be there in a third of the time! whole weekend was brilliant, a much more sociable feel with it being 2 days, sections were great, organisation was top, can't wait for blackpool, My riding on sunday was a bit odd, managed to get out of the longest section number 1 i think, but then didn't manage to get out of brians section which i thought was the easiest ah well, had a great laugh going round near wayne to see who could get the best crashes, thought i was winning until wayne decided to land on his head! good to see some new faces at comps, dan brooker etc.
  17. Wayne what travel lodge are you in? me and tom need to book ours tonight or tomorrow would be kool to get in the same place again
  18. Wayne get on your bike and ride you big girl Hmm I can see peoples point that it could be too dangerous to ride the UCI sections on the saturday, but the whole purpose of the championships is to select the riders for the worlds team, so they need to be difficult. I'd say just enter and gain the experience, after all a section doesn't have to be dangerous to be difficult! Just try things in the safest way possible, or theres a particular section you dont want to ride just take a 5. I think the UCI rules are great, why not use the YMSA trials that use the same format as a warm up to these bigger events as you can enter any class you wish there. Also on the sunday at hook woods you can enter enter any class so choose one that suits your riding ability. Got my entry in this morning can't wait for another weekend of fun, shame the sun won't be as good as Barca, whats everyones plans for saturday night?
  19. Tridents for sure, the sole seems to be holding up a lot better than my ribo's have, I still have a pair of ribo's as well, but never wear them as the tridents are more comfortable and as you say i think they look better +you'll save yourself some money
