  1. 100% seriously dialled riding. Filming absolutely spot on too!
  2. It looks like such a nice place to ride. Nice and peaceful!
  3. Smoooooth! That's was very nice! Where was it filmed Ben?
  4. I'm coming around to the benefits of a magura on the front a disc on the rear. Pretty functional. Aside from that almost irrelevant fact,I enjoyed it!

Yeah,I was getting at that it would be nice to see some tech rock stuff. I've always enjoyed watching you bridge the gap between brake and brakeless. It shows impressive versatility. Aside from the fact that decent mod vids are few and far between, especially on natural stuff. I seem to be the only one putting them up on the forum. Natural is sooo much fun!
  6. Would love this! Too old to be doing demos.

Looking forward to it coming out. More so that flipps mixing brakes into it now too.
  8. Half link all the way. Ran mine for a while and its fine.
  9. Joe actually feels comfortable on ANYONE ELSES bike and makes you feel massively inferior when he beasts everything youve been trying for an eternity!
  10. Pull your wheel back by hand so the chain is adequately tight, not so tight your freewheel is going to die. Measure the gap between the axle and front of the dropout. Now find something to place into it. For example if I use a presta valve lockring, my chain is just right and I've still got cams on just incase.
  11. Nice one Adam, enjoyed that alot buddy!
  12. Tell you what I'm looking forward to having a drink with people I haven't seen in ages and people I've never met before. No keyboards,no forum...just banter and having a laugh. The way we all started trials....minus the drinking at the same time (awaits geordie stereotype joke).
  13. Looks like i'm going too...sorry everyone!!
  14. Matt if i go i'll convoy with you and meet up somewhere along the way. We'll give ourselves trucker names....aint a convoy otherwise 10-4!
  15. Happy that I've just had my last nightshift for this month! 11 days off soon which means new video time!!
  16. Just out of interest....Is anyone arriving (if allowed) on the friday? Im on night shift on the sunday evening and MAY be tempted to drive down, stop over Friday and Saturday night then head back up at dawn!
  17. Id go for the earlier version of the because. I ride one and I cant fault the geo.
  18. You gonna make those noises when you ride across my neck of the woods Matt? I make them too but generally when I'm calling upon the power of greyskull to help me over something. Get yaself across buddy!
  19. Not sure what it was off. Its familiar on a video but cant put my finger on it. It really is a lovely spot. I'm looking forward to riding there in summer when its red hot and legging it into the sea! Fingers crossed with the weather changing that'll be sooner than later! Really. Appreciate to comments so far. My next video will be started soon I just need to get a couple of things down and some lines too.
  20. Yeah its a hike for you dude. To be fair interest has been pretty poor. Naturals not for everyone and I'm on the other side of the country for most. The ride will still be on but in a couple days the topic will be shut down. There's a few people interested who will be coming and a huge diverse skill set. Thanks to the nature of the spot you can be an absolute beginner and still ride there or a pro and have a challenge. (I'm sure some of the lads from Tarty will agree). So far dependant on when/if people are doing demos there'll be Prattley,Alec Wray,Adam Baxter, possibly Brett Penfold,I've asked Danny Butler too and also mostly everyone from the "barn" too have been asked. Pretty much any rider on my friends list on facebook has been asked. So,anyone free on the 19th April is more than welcome. Dependant on the finishing time a ride maybe possible on the evening too also. One thing to bear in mind is this spot isn't big square slabs of rock like higgor tor or Shipley. Run ups are scarce to non existent. Also with regards to camping I had spoken to the campsite at the top of the spot but unfortunately they could not hold any spaces for me she to it being Easter and everyone wants to lob their caravan or motorhome in there. So for some it will be a day of riding rather than a weekend or ride the following day at the same time but in a new place just up the coast. So yeah, I'll mark the date in my diary and see what happens I guess. Cheers to anyone who's shown interest or read the topic. Craig
  21. I loved my TA26. It bunny hopped like a beaut!
  22. I'd go with the heating up the axle and bearing cover. Aluminium expands faster than steel doesn't it....not too hot though.
