Dont know why everyone is slating the ride. The Hi-fi's Ive riden were nice. Pretty much the same ride as a GU, which once youve gotten used to is quite nice. Depends on how you ride though, no good for stretty move like manuals ect, but great for taps gaps and sidehops

Although if you have it Helicoiled the threads will be stronger than they were standard. Its not a hard job. If you have the confidence do it yourself, If not go through your yellow pages and find a local Engineers. This is what I did, Just walked over and spoke to an Engineer (not slaeman or receptionist) and he helicoiled my bike for the price of a beer.

I use Sealed bearing headsets. Just when they Break they go in the bin. But to be Honest, My Hope Headset has lasted since 2002. Headsets dont usually break, quite weird you have broken yours. What have you actually done to it?
