  1. Ahh I'm with you, I didn't really go into Paul's post but just saw poor mixture related posts. I know zilch on the k jet system so can offer nothing. Stick it on bike carbs paul, everything's better with bike carbs.
  2. Appologies if I've misread/misunderstood, but plug colour has always been a guideline I've used to dictate engine ignition / mixture positions for roughing. Too white - lean, black as fudge - rich, coke colour - good enough to get you going.. http://www.bikerenews.com/Stories_Archives/Spark_Plugs/Spark_Plugs.html I know it doesn't give a full dictation through the rev band, but it gives you a rough idea.
  3. Surely you can gauge rough mixture from plug colour Paul?
  4. Other then a puncture ride was awesome. Off to a Halloween house party now dressed as a horse meat hotdog, best ever.
  5. Latest creation is for sale... Squier fitted with mex fender switchgear+pickups and bridge, plays and feels lovely! Repainted this one in NC Olympic White with a new red tortoiseshell scratchplate set.
  6. Off for my first proper ride in ages and it feels awesome. The new album just seems abit already done I suppose, the last album was all abit new and some epic stuff in there from Mick and Jim, but this time it seems a step back. Don't get me wrong it's still a good album, but I was more impressed with the last album.

    Ebay lights

Just ordered me a pair of these, bar and helmet mount. Can't wait!
  8. It's upon us! Gonna trim the tash in tomorow, going for the gringo I think..
  9. You think? I'm not 100% on it yet. I like it, but I don't love it. It feels abit thrown together whereas the last album was tight and slick.
  10. TF Swingers Uk, we were gonna invite you but...
  11. I saw the clip he posted on Facebook of his legs receiving some sort of electro treatment with twitching results! I bet that's an amazing feeling.
  12. Love that jaguar dude, such an awesome shape. The guy that ^ seafoam body was for asked for his headstock painting after collecting the body and some old style fender decals applying he had bought... I dunno why he collected the body thou, I'm having it back in a few days to redrill for scratch plate and refit the neck?! Nowt as strange as folk. Edit - what an awful picture, I'll get better ones when I've built it.
  13. Haha that's incredible!
  14. Get used to it . We weren't going to have any cushions, but it seems others don't mind buying cushions for you.
  15. Depends on the colour and what the end guy wants really dude, that seafoam green is cellulose gloss, so I've left it unlacquered (at the request of the client) so it can age and yellow over the years. The blue one is a basecoat and lacquer job.
  16. Well the first 2 full body resprays for customers are done awaiting collection, I'm over the moon with how they turned out. Here's to the next few! Left one is a Harley Davidson colour, very similar to Lake Placid Blue but with more green/metallic, right is the correct sea foam green.
  17. I'll do my best, only met her once as of yet so couldn't get all paparazzi on her
  18. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/shimano-saint-mx80-flat-pedals/rp-prod82557?utm_source=Google&utm_medium=Shopping&utm_name=UnitedKingdom&gs=1&gclid=CjwKEAjwwo2iBRCurdSQy9y8xWcSJABrrLiSuq6Kq_Y_YRU9LQRgoez8Q10Q5jPZh7uDYRUxf-ZnYBoCvbDw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds Love them so much. Bought them in a crc sale for £20 I think. Removed the pin spacers too for full grip, seems abit pointless to run half arsed pins. I did have bergtec mk4s but other then the size of the platform they weren't amazing. Even after a full strip down and relube they squeaked! The platform was huge thou which massively appealed.
  19. Jenny's brother has managed to bag a right stunner. Well jel.
  20. 10 times?! Steady on, bro!
