  1. Say what you like about the next comments... I can take or leave Mark Ronson, but I'm a big Bruno Mars fan, he's a fantastic pop star, there's something very reminescent of Prince in there. Last time Bruno Mars and Ronson collaberated on Locked out of heaven it was another awesome song. That is one of the best songs of the past few years in my opinion, I f**king love it.
  2. Christ all mighty, there's me thinking out the box! I didn't realize it was something as obvious as that!
  3. They aren't real, and can be found outside the forum.
  4. Given it any boot recently?
  5. Recently or for a while? Could be due to the cold. My passat usually does 55ish, but on a 40 mile run today the best I got was 45, fairly usual when it's cold for mine anyway.
  6. Lo41 is absolute jet black, don't buy a mixed/matched can, just buy a cheapo satin/gloss black and lacquer it
  7. I went to pick Jenny up from the pub the a few weeks ago after a night out with her mates, about 1.30/2ish in the morning. I was driving towards the pub out in the sticks and I saw this man in full jogging gear running down the side of the road, no pavements or anything around that area so he was in the road. Picked Jenny up, turned back and I didn't pass him again but there is no turn offs on this section of road so he couldn't have gone anywhere other then towards the pub, he could've turned back but we were about 3/4 miles from anything, so it would've took him a while wherever he was heading. I told Jenny and she told her friends next time they went out, one who lives locally said a jogger was killed about 6 months ago on that road during a evening jog, apparently he can be spotted along there! I don't often believe in that stuff, but it definatley saw a bloke jogging and he did seem to just vanish abit!
  8. YOUR A LIAR. YOU JUST SPENT ALL AFTERNOON WITH A SOCK ON YOUR DICK.
  9. ECP are c**ts who shouldn't be supported in any which way at all.
  10. Who the f**k cuts pizza like that?!

    Films!?

Shaaaaaaame. Might have to take a trip to the cinema soon, haven't been in ages.

    Films!?

Jennifer Anniston in that film is the single greatest piece of cinema ever. In other news... NEW TERMINATOR oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god.
  13. Jags/jazz masters have grown on me so much. Offset bodies are weirdly pleasing to look at. I'd love a mustang in Daphne Blue with red tortoise shell gaurd..
  14. I tried to quote everything in this topic so far but it wouldn't let me, I was unaware there was a limit
  15. I'm selling my Wildkat if anyone's interest, semi hollow body with solid center so has good sustain. It's immaculate, not a single scratch or mark at all and supplied with a very well fitted hardcase. Pm me if your interested.. Painted this for a local music store, they where curious if I could paint an amp so gave me a retro inspired breif and a cheapo 2nd hand kingsman amp. Hope they're happy with it when I drop it in tomorow. Colour choice is too much for me, but gotta go with it!
  16. Fiesta red is available in the latest range of Squier 50's classic vibe stuff, it's a gorgeous red but I always think red strats look like toys!
  17. I think they're usually just glued in dude, twist them somehow and they might pop out.
  18. Is there any...pictures....of this?
  19. Question to all - If you could have a guitar any colour, what would it be? I've just bought (for myself) a b stock Squier standard strat, fairly chipped and in need of a refurb and I can't decide on a colour, I'm swaying toward burgundy mist but wondered if anyone else had anything to throw in the pot. Must be a genuine fender colour thou, new or old..
  20. I love the idea of these people queuing for hours, wrestling people down for these Tv's and stuff then getting home to find it had broken in the mayhem.
  21. Pretty sure it's called 'having bills to pay'. If Microsoft/VW/Red Bull approached and said 'Hey! We've got a hefty chunk of dough for you if you ride your bike but spend 5 seconds holding our product' it'd be mighty difficult to turn down, regardless of what some guy on the internet thought. I say good on him, he's obviously good at what he does and he's 'exploiting' that for financial gain whilst he's in the limelight. No different to 99.9% of the population would do in his situation, plus If in the mean time he's taking Vision Ramps, Duncan Shaw and Ali C places, giving them connections/contacts then he's far from a sell out.
  22. You really really don't have to defend/justify it Jardo. I think it looks shit, it's a fiat so it's hardly going to be a good car, but if your happy with it then good for you. In fiat related news, we have a new lwb vauxhall combo at work which is a rebadged doblo. Rear anti roll bar link snapped today! It's been on the road a year and it's snapped a rear link! Biggest pile of shit ever that van is.
  23. Yeah, I've got the pattern, as you say other then those few blues notes it's just a quick pentatonic. I just get abit loose through the last section where it all goes wrong Yeah I love it. Before my first lesson I had to write down 10-20 tracks I enjoyed, not necessarily wanted to learn but just what I enjoyed and we'd go from there, my list was mainly Little Richard, Chuck Berry, Carl Perkins and that whole rock and roll/rockabilly style. As my tutor said, for the time being there is no need me being able to play some face melting shred fest when all I wanna play is 12bar blues stuff. At the minute I'm based a lot around a few pentatonic scales I've learned and chord structures. I keep noodling abit but I'm trying to focus on the set as there's some good techniques I need to pick up. Like I suck at pull offs, but in that SRV song there's multiple double pull offs which I'm getting to grips with.
