  1. http://www.bike-discount.de/en/buy/ixs-trail-rs-helmet-blue-21437/varid-106091?currency=3&delivery_country=190&gclid=CjwKEAjw3YipBRDL2bHhjLmFkQsSJADtzktj-WlARCy_8BLRrCBK-U0vySIUq3xGRTfZ9wp1voXn5BoCrwjw_wcB Sizing was pretty spot on too, I always found Giros 'cm' to be small.
  2. If you skulk around you can get it for around £50ish if your not too fussed on colour.
  3. IXS Trail RS mike, since I've had mine I wouldn't trust anything else!
  4. Had a good ride at pines this morning, proud of Jenny for getting back on the bike and riding Red route after her over the bars last year. Had to go to work to wait for a customer who could only collect today, he turned up bang on time and was super pleased with the work. Since 5pm Our mates, Jenny and I have been sat by this.. Just cooked some epic burgers on it and then had a bloody good singsong with my telecaster! Lovely weekend
  5. Ahh, thought it'd have all kicked off by now! I went 70mm-40mm and it's made a nice difference, feels a lot more straight up and able to get power through my legs. I always struggle to get the five to balance point without over egging it, but it feels about right now. Looking foward to getting back on something abit tougher to really test out the set up. Shame my front disc suddenly suck dick
  6. Cheers chaps, it was a big improvement over the 70mm. I banged a few spacers on there to to compensate for the lack of rise which has made a nice position. How's the new arrival Ed?
  7. Those are some very nice bikes man, got a soft spot for that stumpy! Short fun stem is short and very fun.. Made a quick bike really fun. Had a blast around pines this morning and it even climbs nicer! Very worthwhile!
  8. Congrats Ed! Hope all is well man.
  9. For what it's worth my 32's are plusher than my old 'zocchis, they were very very nice forks to ride but the fox just seem nicer all round. They're consistent on all terrain whereas the marzocchis only felt really good when being hammered.
  10. Instant hero status. Koxx browns were the bollocks. I bought a set that just seemed to last an eternity, they're still going on my old echo somewhere!
  11. Scurvy Girls is bad enough, but that's Vol. 3!? Edit - Throat yoghurt
  12. 'Cougars take it black' is my favourite title in amongst that lot. I always wanted to produce 'Spunky Birthday' but never could get funding.
  13. Just treated myself to a bead blast cabinet and 25kgs of media. Should make my life easier!
  14. Dick Dale, bitches! Gonna knock up a replica wiring loom and scratchplate when I get chance..
  15. We bunged something like 12% down on ours, we saw our house at 100k and knew we wanted that one. We received our promise of a mortgage (can't remember it's genuine name) all based on 100k @ 10%. After haggling we got the house for 89k! Seemed like rates got a lot kinder if you can push over the 10% mark.
  16. I was at work earlier when my phone rang, guy asked if he could pop up and discuss some work with me. He came up, we discussed the job and I quoted him. Walked towards the door to bid him farewell and this was staring back at me... Did not expect to see an MP4-12 today, but there you go!
  17. Oh no he di'nt! Genuine thing jardizzle?
  18. Crossed off the first of my big 'man cave' wants today.... Needs restoring into better colour scheme and a new globe for the top. I still can't figure out why old petrol pumps are cool as f**k.
  19. I considered gluing the skin back on, but then realized that's a slippy slope to a human centipede lifestyle...
  20. My dad left the blade out on my Stanley knife and dropped it back in my tool bag, riffling through earlier to find some brackets and I've sliced a slightly bigger than a 5p sized cold cut from my middle finger tip! Bled like mad and stings an insane amount. I found the flap of skin that I've parted with too in my tool bag, that was kinda gross. I'd planned a good night ride tomorrow too but it's doubtful now, my finger breaks back out into bleeding with the slightest touch .
  21. Makes me massively regret not owning a bike . Awesome stuff
  22. I hadn't thought of that! I was fancying some old spitfire/Lancaster inspired bomber look...
  23. I was considering the new 36's indeed. My 32's are nice, but they do flex quite a bit, which is a shame because I love the CTD tech. I've pushed my riding a lot recently and grown a pair but I think the 32's are just too lightweight for my lardarse. The Pikes have been around long enough for second hand sets yo be kicking around so I might hold out for a good SH set rather than jumping in both feet. Plus I'm fancying a drastic paint job on the Five so it'd be opportune timing..
  24. How are the pikes Matt? I'm still deliberating a set...
