  1. What did you think to Penmachno Tic? I loved it and thought for a days riding it was perfect, plenty of pit stops for a chance to graze and some stunning views. I kinda wish I had ridden it with someone other then Jenny so we could've pushed a bit harder but enjoyed it all the same!
  2. Looks awesome Ali, I still love my Five loads. It's a massively capable bike and such a confidence boost knowing that! Are they 32's on the front? How do the new ones feel?
  3. Awesome, that's good Ed. I just stripped a set of powdercoated race forks for paint, it's evil stuff!
  4. When I hear the theory that the earth is flat, I always think of it as a huge flapjack just floating through space rotating it's way along.

Who do you think you are?! This is a scale model topic dressed as a random small question topic. GTFO.
  6. Stuff I do looks deece before and gets nicer (hopefully). They look turd from day one
  7. Were you still using the Strip away stuff Ed?
  8. They can be as #retrocool #backinmyday #oldschool #bamtastic as you like, they look turd
  9. Use the pink bike set as a control setup whilst you refine your own build man, sounds a pretty sweet result!!
  10. I haven't started the project yet, so unsure of sizes but it'll be around a 1" OD tubing. They've gotta be a bolt together fitting really to support a bit of weight. All I can find though is plumbers fittings or poxy push click stuff.
  11. I've been racking my brain and up to yet all I've found are plumbing fittings. I'm after jointing 2 tubes with a fitting i know exists but I can't find it anywhere. It pushes into the pipe, then has the equivalent female shape on the end that's jointing, then bolts through and expands like a rawl plug. Generally get them with flat pack furniture and stuff. Best tech drawing skillz, ASSEMBLE. The slim end push fits into the tube, then the mouth on the other end drops around the outside of the 2nd tube.Usually made of nylon or something hard wearing. So TF, what are they called?!
  12. Personally if I was using rattle cans I'd go satin black, much easier to hide the fact it's been rattle canned
  13. Some old commercial synthetic would be my first choice. Nice and simples
  14. Any 2K should do the job Nobby, people bitch about needing high temp stuff but it's never been an issue to any one I've supplied to in the past.
  15. Jenny's at a mates house so Pulp Fiction, Doritos and whisky + coke to cap my day off! Took the bike out on some local trails earlier with the dog too so that was pretty awesome.
  16. Steak and blowie day innit, I've bought a sick wing back chair too.
  17. Love that, I've still got my 456 frame kit, I might build that up again soon!
  18. Shits got me in tears. When I get chance to go riding I always take my whippet and he absolutely loves it, I love to see him running too so it's sad to think Tui's lost his riding buddy. Proper awesome video though, Right in the feels.
  19. Dunno if that's something to shout about Bing...
  20. His wrist must be hulking massive.
