Passat, all day long. I could regularly jump in my old one and do 70/80 mile trips no sweat. I'm trying to find a nice B7 passat at the minute to run along side the caddy as I miss my old b6 too much.

I sold 2 guitars about a year ago, one arrived and the seller altered the serial numbers so it looked like I sold a fake USA fender, the other guitar was lost by the foreign postal system. Full refund on both with about 2 months of PayPal battling to eventually receive a part settlement wish I'd just kept the bloody things. Never will sell on eBay again.

Thanks Daily Sport. What a shitty race, the powers that be need shooting for some of those calls.

Jokes aside my sister had a EP3 and it was cool. I'd love one as a weekend toy but wouldn't want the hassle of sexual advances from other men.

I'll have the design drawn up in a few days, my sisters drawing it up for me at the minute on AutoCAD so i guess it can be in any file type. It's a very simple design, I need a new grill for one of these speakers.. I realise that I'll need to do a batch to make it worthwhile.

I know there's s few of here who are pretty into there engineering design type stuff. Does anyone know of a company that will take on small batch cutting work? I can provide a pattern to work from and it's a very simple design. I've spoken to a few firms around here but they won't take on small batch work. Cheers

I have to agree with Mike^. I wouldn't say Trumps built on racism, I'd just agree again with Mike that he's speaking up to the issues his country are tackling. The Mexican border does need a solid solution, the same way the UK needs a solid solution from the Syrian crisis. I'm not saying a wall is the way to go but I genuinely think it's a bigger issue then realised. I wouldn't say that's a racist view though. (Slightly off tangent but still relevant) After working in the motor trade I have an issue with the Eastern European influx we've had in the past 5-10 years. We have alot in this area particularly being so close to Sports Direct HQ, but garages, body shops, car washes and tyre yards are full of Polish/Russian/Romanian migrants who work cash in hand, long hours that generally just drain the UK economy of revenue, they offer nothing in return but still use the resources that are tax funded. We're a small island that fits however many times into N.America, imagine the drain it would impose over there. Again, I wouldn't say I have anything against Polish/Russian/Romanian people, but something does need to be done about this. I didn't know until I watched the coverage this morning there was a Muslim's for Trump group, he was explaining the vetting system that Trump propose to put in place for migrants, fantastic idea. I know America has pretty tough borders but the world's a different place from when those laws/rules were set, these need to be brought inline with the threats we face now. As for what will he do? Very little in my opinion, I think he talks a very good game but this feels to me like a tick on the bucket list.

I made sumtink... I needed another stand for this juke, so I could keep my original unmolested. After reading the welding stuff on here I bought a Sealey mightymig130, mandrel bender and got to it. First time I've welded anything in about 8 years so was quite pleased when I managed quite a tidy seam weld.

And to top it off this beauty is out the door today... Absolute beauty that's going to a good customer. Had the amp reworked to house modern valves, rather then a furious 35w of valve power it's running at 150w. It's an animal!

Got a call today to say my metal guys had rescued a casting that got damaged and finished polishing yesterday... Magnifiqué!

I know alot of people still bust on the single pivot orange persist with but I seriously can't fault it. Your 10 times the rider I am and ever will be Ali and your going to push that far further then I ever could, but even I can tell just how well designed, engineered and crafted these bikes are. My friends nukeproof don't get me wrong is a fantastic bike for the $$, and the spec for money is great. But I know whenever we go out on a 20-30 mile ride my five might not be the quietest, best climber or look as epic but I know it'll carry my lardarse there and back without a problem. Compared to the Nukeproof and Cube I regularly ride with my five is no trouble compared to their multi point setups. Don't even get me started on the Scott

I couldn't think of a VTec air con/heater pun

I would of said immobiliser issues it it wasn't fit the rough idle.
-
It ain't, your right. But I'll be f**ked if I'm buying new forks/wheelset when I have spares in 650b
-
I've still got my old 456 SS frame. Just a shame it's 26
-
I miss my 456 steel simplicity sometimes. I love my five don't get me wrong, but something like a rocket just looks absolute point and shoot. I'd love a single speed 140mm rocket setup haha

Been for a local hack this morning after refitting my Titus El Guapo bars apposed to the Renthals. Complete different animal! About 40MM wider, 20MM lower and less back sweep, feels less of a mini DH bike and more focused. Seems to have more attack on the downs too. Very rewarding to ride! Gonna spend this week on these then I have some Crank Brothers bars with similar spec but slight bit more rise to try out. Bought some 34 TALAS forks too the other night as I've never been 100% happy with the 32's. Doesn't help being a fatlad but the 32s seem to have an unnerving flex to them over my mates 34s. I'll get those serviced when they arrive and go from there. I'm contemplating building a Cotic bFe with spares as a winter hack while I rebuild the five, or have a play with a Cotic Rocket for a bit...

Yeah seems incredibly surreal to think it was him, and not the fat b*****d slob that lives next door to him. My dad was diagnosed with cancer last year, bowel and early signs of lung and liver. Never smoked, drunk excessively or eaten bad. He's guilty of carrying a few lb's extra then he should but we're all guilty of that. The guy next door is a chronic alcoholic smoker, yet he's carrying on well into his 60s? Weird isn't it.
