I went to A+E in the summer as my eye was puffy and had been really irritated for about 2 weeks. Bloody grass seed in there! Never been in so much pain. It was painful for a couple of days after too, scratched I guess.

Used to? You haven't come to the Midlands for a while have you @Luke Rainbird

Rays cord was unbelievably short, so much so he was trapped underwater the midwife drained the pool and left Jenny in this weird crouched position where she could only just about hold him. Didn't look the most comfortable..

You're loaded with knowledge now Mike, go father something!

Water birth ***, Ray was water birth, whole thing was done and dusted in 5 hours, we went in at 10pm Saturday and back home for 1pm the next day haha. The other thing (and it's ironic to say this) just do you, the whole time. Everyone's different, all babies are different and what works for someone else might not work for you. Our friends with kids are all full of advise that's given with good intention, bur really didnt work for us haha, we kinda just took the bits we liked and adopted itno our routines. It's something we struggled with at the start of it all and I'm not that easily lead, but its so overwhelming to begin with you're willing to listen to anything that'll get you back in bed at 2am

to be honest I think (and solely speaking from my experience, Ray's nearly 6 months old now...) The hardest thing as a man is accepting the changes in your freedom. To me I really struggled with the can't just nip here, can't just do that or go out when you want. It changes fast though, I know all babies are different but Ray went quickly from 7/8 bottles a day to 5, then to 4 and a top up before bed, so what was a window of about an hour to do anything soon became 2, which soon became 3. Now hes 5.5 months old now and has awake times of about 2/3 hours at a time so plenty of tike to play and engage, or even nip to mates with him etc. Its mega though, the second baby's smiling any kind of resentment or struggles you had just dissappear totally. Strap in though, it's a hell of a roller coaster While you in the expecting stage, ask your midwife what's available loooooads. Prenatal classes etc. We fell pregnant December 2020, so mid winter pandemic time and loads of stuff wasn't offered to us. We changed midwife at about 8 months and she told us loads that we'd missed out on. First child so we didn't know to ask, but at the same time first midwife didn't let us know what was still available.

It always made me smile when people say its the most rewarding but hardest thing you'll ever do. These people weren't lying. Congrats on sex though!

Sorry to hear that Dave, solicitors cooked buying our first house up for us, made what should've been an exciting time pretty stressful. We've been threatening to move house for a couple of years, I'd like to have some sort of workshop at home which isn't possible in our current house and we've just plain outgrown it. Spoke to a mortgage advisor last year and they couldn't find anything viable really with Jenny being on furlough for a year, which knocked the wind out our sales as we've saved a nice lump for the next house, aswell as worked hard to get our current mortgage down to ce put of this place with a nice profit. Over Christmas we really fell out of love with our house, having a baby now and all the stuff that comes along with it the house feels tiny now, and I'll admit it is small, but its kinda not if that makes sense, it's one big living room/diner at 16ftx36ft but because it's one room it doesn't lend itself to many other layouts really so it just feels mega cluttered now. The advisors called early in January to see if our circumstances had changed, which they have, Jenny was laid off last year. They encouraged us to come in and have a chat as that might go in our favour. Had a good chat and took a good breakdown of my earnings and bizzarley there's more options available to us now then before, madness. Going to look at a 1950s detached in a few days, looks like an older couple lived there as it wants some updating but the important basics are there, recent boiler, recent double glazing etc. Really hope it's what we're imagining as there's a massive garage at the bottom of the garden that backs onto farmland, can't really bother anyone down there so it'll be ideal to move a portion of the business into, can work from home and spend more time with Jenny and Ray all being well.

Looks super clean Adam, really like it

Nice! Looks good Dave, do you find the rear mudguard does much? Contemplating something similar for mine but really all I can see it doing is protecting the linkage

Caddy maxi, fit multiple bikes in with no wheels off, like driving a golf!

Didn't see the front page of the Sun Saturday then? (Can't blame you, it was at my grandparents...)

I genuinely feel for the NHS staff apposed to the vaccine, imagine dedicating 7/8/9 years of your life to a profession, that now because of a choice your making and should always have the freedom to make, is throwing you in the slurry. It's insane. I've been vaccinated to protect my dad, same for the rest of my family but it wasn't an easy decision to make as I stand with the doctor, the long term ramifications of this vaccine haven't been tested and can't be tested as enough time simply hasn't passed. Does this possibly lead towards more privatisation of the NHS? If they're going to lose so many members of staff that can't just be replaced by Joe off the street, will private medical facilities be given the option to fill those slots? Richard meadley boils my piss too, why does the UK seem to attract the Piers Morgan/Meadley type of quite aggressive reporting, f**king knobbers.

Yeah they do look slacker then a slack thing

Theyre such a good deal, good purchase, dude!

I was looking on there for a friend the other day, couldn't believe some of the delivery times!

Whatever threads they are Mike, thread a couple of nuts on, chip the threads, file the end with a nice light chamfer and unwind the nuts to clean up.
-
Why though? At no point have I ever felt I needed more on the front, even with my lard arse
-
Your assuming I sobered up at some point.
