Are your brake mounts welded in the wrong place? my t-rexc is the same, (but not with the mondo gap on one side) Do you mean, One piston is set up perfect, not to far in, to far out, set up 100% perfect, and the other side has to be in all the way? If so i have the same problem(well not a problem but just annoying). You coloud over-fill the system? might work ? Cheers Tom

Drill it bigger then the valve? Like 2 or 3 mm? so its not contacting the valve all the time? Wack loads gaffer tape AROUND the valve and tube, so its nice and cushioned aswell. Tom

Yes this is a poor design by onza, but the bash plate isnt there for smacking into walls! its for mess ups and when your tired in comps(i think?) so surely trying a 36" wall to bash will rape any frame/plate eventually! Could wait for the new yabba frame to be released? just a rebadged 2004 levelboss in all lengths? Or the new danny butler frame? *Should* be out within a few months? They are strong, aparetly the only one to ever snap was Jack Batterns, But hees bt was previously owned by matt staples, so no guessing why that snapped lol. I wouldnt mind one, but the rex does me well :(

Why does sir not want a t-rex? After riding mine for so long id say it is an obvious choice for your price range and it rides so nice!. But anyway, If you want something cool selectbikes are shifting 04 (i think there 04) controls at a steal price of 299! Cheers Tom
