    Avid Bb7

At the minute i love my bb7, But the cables some crappy 2.99 thing from my local bike shop, and the levers an avid speed dial 5 (i think). As of lat the brakes become reallly horible feeling due to the lame cable, and the brake lever blisters my finger quite badly, so Any opinions on what lever cable i should go for? I've been looking and i think im going to go for an XTR lever, But not sure on a cable? Looking at the odyssey slic linear, Seems quite good. I'd Love a Nokon cable, But cant justify spending 30 quid on a cable, and how do you shorten the outer on a nokon? Cheers Tom
