Go to your LBS and buy a new star nut, When I got my new bt forks, I went threw 3 start nuts, All used before. as soon as i fitted a new one, it was sorted (same problem as yourself)

I never could actually tell a difference between the super tackys and the slow reezays? except the super quick wear rates of the slow reezays. Only difference I have noticed in the maxxis range is the high roller is alout bouncier apposed to the minion.

Are you running a fixxed cog or freewheel?

They lip round the bottom of the tyre, apposed to just being slopped on the bottom so they grip and pull the tyre off, instead of just slipping out and your knuckles being nailed into spokes . I found the maxxis tyres stupidly hard to get off at first, but after 3 or 4 times off the rim, its a peice of cake to get them off.
