    I have only tried one, a silicone type, And my opinion is just avoid cases. Mine trapped grit ect in between the case and ipod so it just got more scratched then without one. Tom

    M5 x0.8 Biff Do it yourself! Much cheaper, buy a kit, 5.2mm drill bit, and helicoil it yoursel. Really easy, if you need any help on doing it catch me on msn, I did all the mounts in my t-rex when they stripped,, piece of cake

    Will a heli-coil not just wind out thou? 'Cus theres nothign on the ther side to stop the coil "undo'in" surely it will just thread outwards? Tom

    Avid BB7 XTR Lever Any cable, but people prefer linear cables, such as the oddesey. Saved your self a good 30 quid off the Hope? and it holds really wel, modulates (well mine does, But I am fat) and just generally works, could'nt ask for more
