  1. Took me like, 3 hours to get the shadding on the upper lip right.
  2. Aren't they 'illegal' aswell? due to you brodcasting your own radio programming without the proper rights and what not? I know it'd be neigh on impossible for anyone else to piick it up, seeing as they have like a 5mm broadcast area and what not, but I was just curious....
  3. Looking at it again,She is really skinny, Eurrgh. If she was a little more curvy,
  4. If only a quater of the forum donated a fiver, thats 10k. So I can see this project being a great sucess. Like I said Nick, I would be honoured to come down for a few days and lend a hand if you wanted? Obvously when the cars in full swing again. Morspeeds not that far from me either, so I could probably collect the engine if Simons still being an idiot.
  5. Haha, as my spannish teacher used to say 'Looks like he dipped his head in chip fat'
  6. Haha, It wasnt meant in that way, but he seems to post up on absoltutley everything, when he only ever seems to know the very basics that anyone with 10 minutes spare an google could get ino on an post. To be brutally honest, seems a cock. Snyway, Lets not turn this into a slagging iCharlie (again) or whatever he wants to be called
  7. That actually made me laugh really hard. Hahaha. I can see why people ignore you now.

  10. Ocoasionally buy Wallpaper, but its gone wayyy to interior nowdays for my liking. When I can get it, I read ID magazine. Haven't had that for ages either But now days I just generally buy books, Recently brought 'the Universal Prinicpals of Design'. Awsome book, Highly recomended.
  11. Thats actually made me cry, such a tragedy. But as you said Nick, He went, from what I've heard, at his favourite place, behind the wheel. If you need ANYTHING to help you finish that Mini, give me a shout. I will do my absolute best. R.I.P Dude.
  12. I dunno about others, But i found uni to be a hell of a lot harder then college, it's more of a free learning curve, your not as guided and left to your own devices abit more, whereas college, your sort of nurtured constantly by the tutors etc. Glad I've gone to uni, I personally think it'll be invaluable to me, but I can see why others don't go. My girlfriend wanted to go and do theatre and set deisgn, but the past few months, she has found a full time job and has setled down really well and I don't think she has any intention of going to uni anymore. I personally can't blame her! I've sometimes been tempted to drop out and get a full time job, alot less stress, pressure, once your done for the day thats it, no more work to do. But then I realise, theres no way I could get to where I want to be without the guidence of older, more experienced people in the field. So I need this time honing my skills, and getting my style dialed ready for when I do leave, to ensure I can get into a good position, where I'm either where I want to be, or I'm in line ready for a progression into that. Eitherway, Design > God.
  13. Thats not reaaaly true thou is it? I don't know about other uni's, but my next projects, and certainly the rest of them for my time there, are workign with companies, live briefs etc, speakign with the people you would be it in a real design situation. Like our next project, is for design company Jaccuzzi, I'm not sure on the brief yet, but still. We have to speak with the lead designer, with the directors of the comapany and take on there input. If we don't produce the goods in the allowed time, we get a rollocking. And 4 year uni courses, the year IN INDUSTRY, how is that not going to prepare you for what the real world is all about? I'll admit, college teaches you nothing in the sence of design in the real world, just the basics/mild high level, but it dosent scratch the surface of proffessional design. It's a more watered down version.
