  1. If your being a tart, flat it with some damp 1600 grit wet and dry, then compound it, then polish it fater paint. Done right and you'll have a finish that will rival any car

  14. There the origional seat mounts (cept mine are on the other side). What mini is it out of intrest?
  15. I have no idea about the 2 poles comming out the floor.... But you should have on the cross member 2 seat mounts per side, with a nut and bolt in each. Then next to the exhaust tunnel, a rail that bolts down on the floor at each end.
  16. I know why people direct them to the floor, but I did'nt know about the possibility of subframe mounting too, The ones he posted in the origional post thou look like a CF shaped seat, which I doubt could be mounted on a subframe. My friend uses the Forza's you posted in his mini, there nice seats, Comfy. Without getting personal, what sort of waist width are you? Aslong as your under a 40" waist you'll be fine with buckets. Are you going with Harnesses aswell? Ah right, I didnt realise the bolt's would line up, Never really had given it a thought!
  17. Right, A subframe mounted seat, means a seat, thats on a frame, usually allowing for sliding and tilting in the seats. Thats a subframe, as you can see, it allows the seat to move foward and backwards on the sliders. Side mounted bucket seats, such as the ones you posted, are bolted directly to the floor pan, via brackets. As you can see, the brackets are alread on there, and that just bolts directly to the floor.
  18. I severely doubt it. There might be some sort of adapters to make a side mount fit a subframe, but you'r better off just buying subframe mounted seats?
  19. Are they side mount seats ? Look it. The'll be a doddle to fit, the'll be fixxed in position thou so make sure you are comfortable where the seat it. They wont slide!
  20. Good english by the way, better then 90% of NMC
