  1. Didn't think that much of it to be honest, didn't hate it or love it really. That Lexus gave me funny feelings in my rude parts and I don't usually like supercar type machines. Agree with others it lacked any reason, think most top gears have been like that for a few years thou. Always prefer the 'you have a xxx budget to buy something'. Loads better.
  2. Good times are back.. Got sick of seeing the winters.
  3. Jeeeesus, whatever happened to ilostmyleftshoe as well?
  4. Nice mike, I like pepper pots
  5. This threads incredible, how tense do people gt on here?! Also, crewkerz? Wtf sorta names that?
  6. Dunno why, stratos have never done it for me. That no2 escorts lovely thou!
  7. Haha, amazing. I haven't seen it for years!,
  8. I don't see the issue full stop, looks good to me! Cracking machine work to re-sleve the whole non drive side wih a flange and disc mount.
  9. God I hope you put that on Lamborghini gallardo reps. That'd look incredible!
  10. If that's that Leon Cupra, it's worth it even if just to break it.
  11. You should've text me Paul, I only live 20mins or so from bestwood
  12. Buy shineys, worry later. That worked for me
  13. B16s are to refined for minis. Supercharged a series is a flawed method at the minute in my opinion, unless someone gets good results from this new slark setup I can't see much changing either. Turbo motors are fun in a straightline, but on the twistys you do have to be careful with the loud pedal, especially with a t3. Can't go wrong with a Lairy well built 1293/1380 in my books. Fast enough for the chassis of a mini, doesn't affect the awesome handling of a mini and always looks good. My next project motor will be a Lairy small bore hopefully.
  14. Check out vw vortex, it's us based but Infos stil relevant. Personally thou I'd up the budget if you could. I went in a friends mk2 golf with jom coilies on and it rode like shit. Was still at a sensible height too which was suprising. I fitted FK highsports to my passat and love them. Adjusting collars out of the back, helper spring out the front it still rides nice, handles well-ish (as well as an estate should). I went to adjust them the other day and they were still easy to adjust, my friends jom setup was solid even with copper slip on. Don't get me wrong, the joms seem consistent and reliable, they've been on over 18 months now trouble free but I wouldn't like to think I've got them everyday.

  16. I literally don't understand why you have a chip on your shoulder all the time, but cool the f**k down. If some of you get pissy that you can't ride your bike for a month or two you need to get something in your lives.
  17. So much time for the content of that image.
  18. That was awesome. Loved the mix of trials and street. Poifick!
  19. Guy with the lanyard in his shorts (apologies on no ame) is an animal, some impressive riding there. I really enjoyed that
  20. Anzo always litters on here. He just turns up and moans every so often.
  21. I dunno if that'll work in your favour or not, check the needle nose bearing on the gearbox input matches up with the holes size in the transfer casing. Just make rue your either getting a turbo motor or a 1275, not a mish mash of parts.
  22. Missus took me last night to go watch ice hockey. Loved it.
