  1. That's why everyone's ignored you, nobody can be arsed to click links Benson
  2. They were my 21st birthday present, so 5.5 years
  3. quattros have a diff lock button, which does exactly that, however as standard it switches itself off when you go over 15mph. Cut that wire and it stays locked until you switch it off
  4. Here we go then, some pics of my new incredible bargain car! £320! And the obvious first mod (A) It's my new daily to replace... Which is on eBay for £200 if anyone fancies it?
  5. 90 or Coupe B3 the 90's (especially quattro and Sport versions) are highly saught after so you're better off looking for a coupe, I was just lucky as hell to get mine for the price I did! It was an off chance bid, I really didn't expect to win the auction at all! Well pleased with it anyway, a few niggles but I expected it for £320! I don't have any pics of my own yet so here's the eBay link http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261081723588?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649
  6. Oh, so you didn't Most the 10v's were 2.2, and only the the only 2.2 20v is the turbo versions found in S models, the rest of the 20v's are 2.3 you're mighty unlikely to find a 5 pot 80 in any case! The Passat and MK3 don't share the same platform though, so there's nothing MK3 about a B3/before Audi :wink2: V6 twin turbo 80..? I thought it was just a crapbag 2.6 V6 N/A do you have any pics of the engine? I'm sure that was f**cking awesome if it was turbo... My 2.8 Coupe quattro was hardly shit, it had 2 owners and a fsh! Launched like you wouldn't believe but just didn't move after that, they're just motorway cruisers! All VAG engines with 2 valves per cylinder are toilet, the 4 valve options have always been superior! Pfft my 2.8 CQ was £380 Anyway less bickering, you're not going to back down no matter how wrong you are, you never do Lets have some pictures of my Audis instead MK2 16v rims? Always liked them
  7. The V6's are just awful I had a 2.8 Coupe and it was toilet and any 8v VAG engine isn't worth bothering with (bar the G60 maybe). Other than the S2 (2.2 20v Turbo) the N/A 20v is by far the best engine option. They're nothing like MK3's underneath, they share no common parts, none of the engines are the same as 'rado/Passat/MK2/Mk3 (some very similar, and they will swap over if you change everything bolted to the block) and modified parts are very limited/incredibly expensive. And just to top it off, there is no such thing as a factory 5 cylinder 20v Audi 80 saloon. You can get a 4 cylinder 20v cabriolet, a 5 pot 20v coupe or a 10v 80 saloon. You can however get 20v quattro saloons in 90 flavour, and because I'm the f*cking daddy I've managed to pick up a roadworthy MOT'd example for £320, I collect it tomorrow!
  8. That's got to be the worlds worst/long winded excuse anyway "sorry I called you my exes name, it's because I've got a drawer full of things that remind me of ex girlfriends" Quit while you're behind, "I'm a dick" is better for everyone.
  9. Settle down Tonto, it's just the honeymoon period
  10. My 323 did 18mpg, so rather than drive it harder, I sold it
  11. Awful, awful wheels, I had 3 sets at one point and practically gave them away!
  12. 28 Days Later. (Don't get to see the missus everso often you see)
  13. Despite bags of proof, knowledge on the specific subject and a ton of experience in entrepreneurialism? The fact that yours came with tyres and you bartered for them, and paid a propotionate amount more for them makes you right?
  14. Give it up Jardo, you're dead wrong all your valuations are a million miles off
  15. Pistonheads is not the way to value a car, nor is looking at the ones currently for sale. You need to know how much the ones that have sold, sold for. £1500 would not be a bargain, £200 would be a bargain. £1500 would still be over the odds for any E36 unless it's an M3! Your valuations are closer to M3 prices, believe me, I used to share a unit with a guy who breaks E36's for a living!
  16. What you got there is £275 worth of wheels, for £275 I love your valuation of things
  17. I get this, not simultaniously though, my chest cracks in a very specific place (left side though, so it bothers me more) and my pulse can go from normal to mental in one beat and back again in a single beat a few mins later, feels horrid! Typically though, all the tests in the world have shown there's nothing wrong because it never occurs when they're looking for it Not much help I know, but I'll keep an eye on the thread for my own reference
  18. I can honestly say I don't give a flying f*ck, I skim through this thread looking for pictures daily, and occasionally skim your posts to see what you're talking out of your arse about today. I either don't care what you've said, or pull you up on something you've said that is utter bullshit Talk less
  19. Whut?! No they're not! You can't shift big petrol engined cars for toffee at the minute and that's not going to improve unless the price of petrol drops dramatically! + E36's are at that magic age where they're all worthless!
  20. Black and Yellow for my Hawzee rep, white for my Ryan Leech rep
  21. I get through more than my fair share of cars, but the speed you get through them is something else
  22. Well, since everyone else is jumping in on wanting bits, if the back hub matches the front one, I want it
