Not sure if anything's changed, or if it's a business account thing, but when I linked my card to my account, they sent me 2 amounts of like 2p and 6p to my bank and I had to confirm those amounts in my PayPal, and now it just does it all automatically with no additional information required, I just press "Pay" and it comes out of my account

This is normal, the only thing you ever pay for on PayPal is receiving payments at about 3% unless sent as a gift. If you have money in your PayPal account, payments come out of that, otherwise it comes from your bank account. My account is a buisness account now (as of about 8 years ago) because I sell too much on eBay for a normal (premier) account.

100% wrong, they're from the rainbow 90 spec/'88 Campaign trim, the ones you posted are '88 spec tartan or Recaro trim cards, there's also a blue/yellow version of the same cards, just red or blue thin stripes, fat stripes in 2 colours, leather, blue cards with grey stripes...
