  1. Looks terrible as well as becoming one of those bellends dazzling everyone else on the road.
  2. I now live in Australia I still don't like flying but have to take considerably less drugs to cope with it compared to a couple of years ago
  3. They are on my old Sega Saturn steering wheel controller, so I assume the technology is identical.
  4. "Did you say "shut down"?"
  5. Or push to go down, pull for up? Surely that'd be easier?
  6. Blimey, I thought you'd vanished, why you selling the Golf (tl;dr)? What's next? How about a nice 306?
  7. Does anyone want a Peugeot 306 TDI workhorse by any chance, MOT'd 'til July/Auguse, bit rough, just works, £300? Need it gone by Tuesday! Edit - In Nottingham now, not Cornwall...
  8. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Roman-Womens-Detail-Bodycon-Dress/dp/B00SJEUEJG/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1425040226&sr=8-5&keywords=roman+womens+bodycon The dress is actually blue, thought the mrs was taking the piss when she said she saw white, but then the little preview on her Facebook notification was white. Most peculiar.
  9. You can't just replace the lower bumper, you have to change the whole thing, that towing sticker is both long winded and cheesy/unfunny as f**k and that front grille is hurting me right in the OCD, please get the correct grille. The wheels however are a massive improvement and I'm still jealous of the car (especially the price of it) in general.
  10. That's a pre '88 7 slat grille, you need a post '88 5 slat to be the right grille /pedant
  11. Lots of cool places in the world, I don't understand people who travel though personally
  12. I know what you mean, but its the right price and has a ton of camping shit with it, there's loads of stuff like it for sale but its either a dog or wildly expensive... Edit - does this mean you hate your mrs now? Get it in the other thread, we're all itching to read it! Edit 2 - just noticed "ex"..?
  13. Yeah, its gonna be awesome with my other 2
  14. Torn between Car Thread or Happy Thread, bit excited, just made enquiries about this - http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/perth-region/cars-vans-utes/backpackers-hox-reliable-nissan-terrano-4wd-/1070954841
  15. Sorry, ali worth £5* Remove sunroof > draw around sunroof onto sheet > apply tin snips to sheet
  16. Wired remote, like I said This, who the hell is paying £40 for a sheet of steel worth about £3?!
  17. The big one to the right of the blue socket. The blue socket is for a wired remote control
  18. It should have if it's CD changer compatible...
  19. You need http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-SONY-UNILINK-CAR-STEREO-AUXILIARY-AUX-INPUT-ADAPTER-/250753030337?pt=UK_In_Car_Technology&hash=item3a620b98c1 that, I always have Sony headunits and that changes CD 2 into AUX, because jack leads coming out of the front of a headunit looks rough as f***
  20. I sold a guy a faulty GoPro, described at length as faulty, what the problem was, photos, test video the works. After a week of eBay dispute because the buyer complained it was faulty, as always the buyer won. Today I got it back (postage at my expense) completely f***ed with a message scribbled inside the box saying "enjoy! karma!" and some bad feedback, fuuuuuucking arsehole!!!!
  21. Will look great with a caravan on the back of it that will!
  22. Dominos didn't have any double decadence yesterday so I got cheese and bacon stuffed crust, got pissed last night too. So after eating the entire large pizza and drinking about 3 pints of rum and coke, I have woken up at 8am with the most outrageous bacon flavoured heartburn and a belly to rival my dad's! Urgh.
  23. 1.8t MK2 at £1500, you can't go wrong, you could turn £1k profit on that tomorrow! Couple of things though (naturally, I am still Jolfa) glass sunroof shouldn't be on that car, I'd be wary of a shot roof skin (and rear quarter and wiper blank which are all of the worst places for rot, check fuel filler aswell), it's too cheap, it looks chavved, untidy and not a very neat install, would assume hammered AND I don't like Atlas or Pearl Grey BUT, despite my current situation, if I'd seen that before you, and/or I was in a situation to buy a car I would have snatched that up without a second thought!!! Top buy, jealous!
  24. They've been consistently £100 or so cheaper than any highstreet compare type site, but still nowhere near any other specialist. I think last year I was with Greenlight (classic via Flux iirc) for a shade under £300 all mods declared on the Audi. The best was that Nato Green Audi I had, insurance was like £160 on that through Classicline
  25. Brentacre have never come up with a sensible price, but they are a friendly bunch to talk to Go to Classic line, they're a broker for various classic insurers, been paying £200-300 for pretty much anything (over 15 years old) with any engine for years now! Then try Adrian Flux classic policy, sometimes they'll beat it
