Ive had them a few times, proper weird your asleep but can control your dream.

I've had a few dreams recently of staying at a hotel and then going to the beach and there would be loads of 100ft waves coming and i'd shit myself and keep trying to get people out of the water but no one seems bothered. i always wake up proper sweating and out of breath, well weird.
