well mine are awesome, and i land on em alot when i miss sidehops and taps ect ect, never ever snapped, just bent, and still ace grip, i was gonna go down the hognesium route after i lost loads of grip, but found it was just my shoes tread had worn to much. mint pedals buy em!! :-

i reckon the averages are about: static gaps=6ft taps= 38" drops=6ft sidehops=38" rolling gaps= 7ft :) all just rough guestimates

'if you use tar its not a good working brake' the simple fact is, no matter what you have to use to make a brake work, if it works then it works the end, tar or no tar, grind or no grind. If the brake locks up then it works well. but i like : water bled medium grind brown koxx bloxx with a bit of tar. :) works wonders. it locks up awesome and has got unbelieveable (sp) bite.

sounds silly, but the only things i can think of are: worn rachet ring &/or pawls. snapped spring. bent spring. swarf inside the hub, thus clogging it up. chain alignment, making it jump on and off chainring &/or rear cog. worn drivetrain. bent chainring. :) if i were you i would investigate all these possibilities by the process of eleimination. and if all else fails go buy a front freewheel &/or send it back. :(

well done Ben that little natty vid was great news VERY 'watchable' and like Rossi said it is very hard to make a 'watchable' natty vid but this truly is, and you look well comfortable on rocks aswell. i didnt know you liked rocks :( yepo my vid will be out VERY soon, i got another 53" sidehop on monday well chuffed :P :) , it was that grey box at Leeds just outside the station which was in Craig's 'leeds 18th' video, so that will be in my video aswell, as will this Notts coust wall sidehop. :)

yeeeessssssss yesterday was awesome behaviour. some sick taps going down from austin :( just as Ben Trinder & Austin Wright went, we went back on the grey walls and i sidehopped the big 53" grey box. twice yyyyeeeessss ^_^

nah that wall was only 48" (Y) yepo that 53" i did was on the big end of the coust wall in notts, im well chuffed.

yep, koxx bloxx take AGES to bed in and at first mine did what youres are now doing, they swooshed then they just came alive. :S and now with a VERY VERY small amount of tar for added bite they are absolutely amazing, they are also great news if you like a really stiff back brake as the material is very hard (so they last ages) (Y)
