haha gym is awesome, i hates it at first, but now i love it also you can cut the chances of "overtraining" by having glutamine, its in most protein shakes, and is available on its own from holland and barratt, jus helps recovery. i did a SOLID week of chest workouts back to back, and didnt ache too bad, and gained alot of strength but for trials ide say personally for the the most used muscles are: lats shoulders glutes triceps qauds calves but it can differ, depends on youre style really i find the simple 5/6 sets of 10 startin with a lighter weightm building up the weight each set works best jus put the muscles i named upthere^^ in youpube, then itl bring up exercises for it or ask at youre gym also if youre a loonatic, do cardio, i personaly, cant b arsed, id rather f**k a dog in the arse (que someone maonin blink 182)
