It takes years of hard work and dedication to become massive so I really wouldn't be worried about that lol. And if you do more of a power lifters workout, there geared for becoming stronger not bigger where as most bodybuilding routines are all about gaining mass.

You should go on Xlr8 which is the islands car site basically and see if you can get some one to show you round a bit, surprising for such a small place how easy you could get lost on the back roads . If your coming over to really thrash your car, make sure your suspension is up to it, cos are roads are shit, seriously. You will also want to be staying in Douglas if your wanting to do something else apart from drive , and its fairly central. If you want to know anything else just pm me. Went down the prom tonight, and cos' it's TT week there is loads of demos and stuff on the prom I didn't see him but apparently a trials rider was down there. I was just wondering if anyone knew who it was as my dad who did see him was almost certain he wasn't a local.

ermm, did I say I've never tried it? I do squat 3 times a week, and I have seen results. He was certified by USA Weightlifting as a Level III Coach in 1988, and currently holds the Senior Coach certification. He has coached numerous national level competitors, and many thousands of people interested in improving their health and strength." If you can match that, I'll squat once a week at 15 reps.

Im only quoting whats from the book, if you want to ask why ask on bodybuilding.com or s&p on sherdog.com. Mark rippetoe knows his stuff, So he's not going to say squat 3 times a week if you shouldn't.

Because the wrote Starting Strength, possibly the most renound begginer workout ever. which looks like this: Workout A 3x5 Squat 3x5 Bench Press 1x5 Deadlift Workout B 3x5 Squat 3x5 Standing military press 3x5 Power cleans You train on 3 nonconsecutive days per week. So week 1 might look like: Monday - Workout A Wednesday - Workout B Friday - Workout A Week 2: Monday - Workout B Wednesday - Workout A Friday - Workout B And he says to squat 3 times a week, and he knows his shit.

Seriously, on the squats 5 reps and a higher weight and do them 3 times a week.

I meant a weight plate, as in what you put on the bar lol. But squats and deadlifts will do enough for your abs anyway. pepperami.. what makes them different? surely all muscle needs time to recover?

Don't do lots of sit ups.... abs are like every other muscle if you want them to get bigger you have to use a weight... get the biggest plate you have stick it on your chest and then do them. Blue grass.. Id squat on all three days.

Got my test on the 15th of may... I'm actually quite nervous lol... my only problem is stupid little mistakes like hands crossing, and observations although I know there important lol. Does the examiner want you to drive as slowly and over cautiously as my instructor does?
