well i've got clean rims but aint that happy with it. Don't bother using sand paper, it would take days, and wouldent really be worth all the effort (i think :S )

ok, well I've done it now and it is so spongey it's not right I had the lever above the other brake bit, i really need help as I have no idea what I;m doing, is it just i need to do it again?

Ok where to start. Well I know there is lots of topics on Bleeding brakes with water. I think I know what to do but I don't want to risk it , so what i've got so far: 1.Take brakes off and put in Bath or what ever undo the the bolt that one. 2. Right this is where I get stuck, do I undo any bolts on the actual brake or not 3. once you've done what ever you need to do Pump on the lever until no more bubbles come out? 4. redo bolts under water making sure no water gets in. Things I'm not sure on 1. I take it you empty The oil out thats in there first if so where from. 2.Actully i'm stuck on most of it. Sorry about this i've used search and thats what I've managed to pick up. Also on the fist picture is the bolt with arrow pointing towards it the tpa or is the red twizzerly bit? I can run 2.2 miles in about 16 mins on a good day, and thats with mostly uphill :'(>Is 1500m a mile? if so I can do that in around 5 on a track

Take a look at trashzen go to pedal hop then basic pedal kick :P edit: beaten to it

Amazing, did you used to ride a stock and changed to mod and that bike looks so much like a t-pro though. your a really good rider though and have improved so much since your last video :P :D
