    Help!

I gess the "RH" one is the one you are after ime sure it will be drive side as i think the other ones at the bottem "RHD" and "LHD" are the opasit drive ones but don't keep me to it ime not to sure. Why not ring them up and ask as it wont make a diffrence to the postage times at this time of night? Sam
  3. Rode Mr Sam Wheeler's GU today and I must say it was awsome. So easy on the backwheel super easy to controle, Sam said: "not as nice as his python for downgaps but nicer for frountwheel moves". Anyway I must say for the GU I was dead impressed .
  4. At 1st while you are learning stick with your vees you can always grind ur rim and get some heatsinkpads as Ali C said, but to be honsist you don't realy need a good brake till you start doing gaps ect. But set up your vee brakes nicely and they really will work awsome! I would say save so much money for 1 magura or pick one up off ebay and spend the rest on a new bar and stem as the onza ones weigh a ton it really does help your riding, well did me anyway. Sam
  5. He's dam right. I run mine with a standard halfords cable all lubed up a 185 rotor on my mod and a random avid7 lever and its super awsome one of the best brakes out of our group of riders id say . Avid for the win !
  6. Can you not just try me theory ( the 1st one) for whatever game it is ?
  7. Errrm try opening the actually ISO file with something like iso buster and then run it in a virtual drive Or off the pc hard drive ? How is the monkey not normal though lol? If all fails just try burning it to another disc??
  8. Errm, Ime sure you could pic up a nocd thing for monkey island ( if thats what it is) just get summit like Daemon Tools emulator and they go on something like gamecopyworld download the image file and play without the disc? Sam Edit: http://m1012.gamecopyworld.com/games/pc_mo..._island_4.shtml is for the images and http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/download.php for the emulator But becuase you don't own the disc its illegal lol .

  11. Grinds. Basicly you don't want to run pads such as koxx browns they are just way too hard and will wear out you grind uber fast unlike a softer compound pad such as heatsink blues plasmatic ect. And oviously if you are going keep grinding ur rim you are going to need a new rim quicker, as everytime you grind a rim you take a little of the sidewalls away. When your grinding a rim explaine to your dad that your not gonna go through it and take massive chuncks out you are just gonna be roughing up the surface to give the brake something to bite to. I would say a rim can safley take 10-15 grinds depending on how harsh you grind. Pros of grind a rim: better brake, brake works in all conditions, Cons: You are taking away a little bit of your sidewall ( this is nothing to worrie about really ) Pads wear out faster My advice would be try plzmatic pads with no tar on a smooth rim and if there still bad grind; ive heard good things about plazmatics! Or if you are going straigh to a grind check out www.heatsinkbikes.com and grab some blue pads there awsome! Also why not get one of your mates that have alredy ground rims to do it for you so you no what to do ect. Hope I helped a little Sam

    Pad Reviews

Pads: Heatsink Blues Time used: Good 2-3 months and still pleanty of life left Rim used: Onza 19" Ronnie Grind: Yes, Old and new Ceraminc: No Brake used: 04 HS33, standard lever, bleed with water and an RB Booster What is your opinion of a working brake: One you can hear work and that locks well. How do they compare to previous pads you have used: Better than the Koxx Bloxx Greens and Coust 30mm Pads I used on the same set-up Review: Well I put thease pads on a worn grind from some koxx greens and I must say I was dead impressed, the bite was amazing also a nice squeek so you knew the brake was locked to go with it. Not the most awsome of holds but one that satasfied me. After a few weeks I decided it was time for a regrind. Knowing that Fatmike had put a stupidly harsh grind on his mavic rims and the pads not working amzingly well and also silent I decided to put a medium one on (+ ime a pussy with the grinder ) The pads still working damn well but loosing some of their squeek ime truly impressed with and will be buying another pair; espicaly for the price . Sam PS : The pads don't work at all in the wet so problie not the best idear for wet riders but o well.
  15. Well not to sure where to put this but here seamed best, so. Secndlayer tees brought mine the other week wore it a few time tis awsome but after washing it once the logo seams to of faded quite a bit, Not loads and loads but you can still see the diffrence tees are made by a company called fruits of the loom so are to quite a high qualtie. But what i really wanted to know from people that have alredy got one, how much do they really fade, if at all, mine could just be dodgie one. Cheers people, Sam

    Golden Brown

How come your 10ft drop wasun't in their ? Was ok but what was all that about some kid on a dh bike trying to ride across the wall lol . Sam
  18. Well yes and no, I mean there is only so far you can jump upwards and so far you drop to a rail before you wheel just cant take it ect ect. But it can keep going further by trying diffent things like Porters 3 tap over that big drop gap in his vid, not seen many people do that before and ime sure the seccond people watched his vid the went out and tryed something like it.
  19. Why not try and buy some seccond hand parts saving money and all that? . Sam
  20. Not how he explained it but o well. I like the look of the new echo rims ime sure it would be fine and they also do look polished
  21. Personly I would not run a hope, most the people I no who have had hopes, or have them are having problems with them. I run an avid cable bb7 with a 185 rotor on my mod and I have to say it is truly amazing, anyone who has rode my bike will say the same! Also a bonus, instead or paying £20 for a bleed kit or what ever it is just pop down ur local bike shop and buy a new cable for like £3. Also they arnt really that expensive compaired to avid, magura and hope discs, so you wont have to fork out loads of money. My vote goes for the avid bb7 they really are amazing. Sam
  22. Lol it is i rember getting this email a few years back, its amaing how long they keep going.
